This was my first time buying tires from Sullivan Tire and I am very happy I choose to deal with them. The guy I dealt with at the front desk was Evan and he was very friendly as well as helpful and knowledgeable. He did not in anyway give me the impression that he was commission based or desperate to make a sale. I priced tires at Sears and Town Fair Tire and Sullivan was the cheapest. The day I got the quote from Sullivan he voluntarily ordered the tires for me to show up the next day "just in case I decided to buy them" with no deposit or commitment. This payed off! Most people who spend $1000 on nice tires would not question paying $90 on a alignment if the shop suggested it. Sullivan does free checks of your alignment and told me that one wasnt required on my car. This proves they are an honest shop because they know they could have easily added this. I would be happy to recommend them to anybody!

I had to get new winter tires, and being new to the area, I went here as it was close to my house. I got a decent deal on the tires, though they didnt have the cheaper ones in stock that I had already picked out on the internet. I was satisfied with the tires and service, HOWEVER they also did a quick inspection and recommended some fixes for my car. Their "fixes" totaled over $850, which I obviously chose not to do. I took it to Precision Auto down the street and they said my car didnt need a thing done to it. Sullivan said I need a whole new rear tie rod, and come to find out, my car doesnt even come with rear tie rods. So thanks to Precision for saving me money and Sullivan Tire for trying to screw me out of it.

Just needed a set of new tires and an inspection sticker. Truck is three years old, just came out of warranty. Said I needed a long list of things to get a sticker, and took 2 1/2 hours just to put my tires on without an alignment. I just want to go into one auto mechanic and them to treat me like any other customer, not a woman they think they can take advantage of.

These guys screwed me badly by not being willing to temporarily put one tire on an all wheel drive car. Left me driving on a donut spare. Totally had me over a barrel and they knew it. Ive bought three sets of tires here over the years (for more than $3000), but they have lost my business forever. Do not go here.

These people really have the VERY BEST customer service I have experienced in ANY industry in the last decade. I highly recommend everyone to try this place out. Honest, caring, helpful, explanatory...just simply...great.

Professional and friendly staff, I didnt have to wait too long for an inspection and oil change, reasonable prices. You have to make an appointment for service.
