on Aug 2nd I went to get my hair done at this salon by the manager cindy. I set up an appointment to get an ombre brown on top and blonde through the bottom, durring my entire appointment which lasted maybe less than 40 minutes for an ombre which should take 3 hours maybe more tops. she rushed through my hair which is pretty long and sent me on my way, with my hair soaking wet. Without doing a toner for my hair afterwards. So I go home as soon as possible and blow dry my hair and straighten it to see if it was okay, my hair was so uneven and orange and looked terrible I even had blonde spots on top of my head where she kept putting the clip which had bleach all over it. I called and asked her if anyone in the salon could take me again because I was extremely disappointed in how my hair turned out, so the next morning when they opened I went to the salon, as soon as I came in and told her how uneven badly dyed it was she told me to sit down in her chair and proceeded to tell me theres nothing she could do about it. The entire time im sitting in her chair she proceeds to roll her eyes and talk behind my back to another woman in the salon, which made me so uncomfortable,I told her I wanted a refund and to go somewhere else not a hair cuttery, she told me she would not give me a cash refund but only store credit as if I would ever want to go back to there salon and she also laughed in my face for asking her for a refund. later in the day I went to hair cuttery on grafton st in worcester and they did an amazing job fixing my hair free of charge, and they were so sympathetic about how upset I was that the other salon could careless and were absolutely shocked when they saw how bad my hair was, honestly if you are looking to do anything that takes time and have your hair done correctly please dont go to this hair cuttery. the hair cuttery on grafton street in worcester are way more professional and take the time and know what theyre doing.

i hate to have to waste my time writing a review but just really annoyed. went there on wednesday first time to get a haircut and asked cindy, the asst manager who was my hair stylist if she can thin my hair out w thinning shears and warned her that many times w my prior cuts, i always have to come back the next day to thin it out more bc they never thin it out enough thinking she will get the hint. so at the end of the appt, i trusted her and felt my hair real quick and decided to leave and gave her $5 tip bc she was nice and we had a decent friendly convo. ever come home after the hair dries and sees thats its not as thin as u wanted it to be? yes, well thats what happened. i came back today, sunday ,bc there was xmas eve and christmas between wednesday and today and she charged me an extra $5 to thin some more. and then in chair i was trying to ask her to thin it out even more, esp if theyre gonna charge me, and she tried to say with my kind of hair that theres not much they can do no matter how much they thin and its just always gonna look bulky". are u serious? ive lived w my hair my whole life and know it can look thinned. and at the end of each appts, she just takes off my apron without even asking me if this was good enough?! so the second time she just automatically took my apron off , i asked her to thin a little more on my right side and she just looked down right annoyed. so forget it, i was;t going to ask her anymore.seriously, first of all youre charging me an extra $5 after i gave you good tip the other day, id expect to have my hair thinned the way i want it. and after everything, im still not satisfied with my hair as she didnt thin it out enough because " theres only so much they can do".. uhhh, if youre just being lazy and annoyed.. find another profession.

Worst experience ever. My hair wasnt bad to begin with. I just wanted a small trim. Guess what? Whoever the lady was literally messed up my hair. I have random patches all over my head and she literally cut the left side way more than the right. You could tell she had no idea what she was doing. You dont go and get a haircut to get it all messed up. Save your money and go somewhere else. Just go. Dont look back. Just GO.

I never trust anyone with my hair especially giving me bangs. So when I moved here from Florida, I decided I wanted a new look so i came here. I had the pleasure of meeting Nicole who is so funny and just an amazing at what she does. I would usually pin my bangs back every time I got my bangs cut because I hated them. I have had my bangs for 8 months now. She knew what choppy bangs meant and Im very pleased with her!!!

My fiancee is very picky when he gets a hair cut. Theres usually always something he wishes they did differently. Mary did his hair the past two times weve gone and out always cane out great with no complaints!! Rola for my eyebrows and let me tell you that i have never seen my eyebrows come out so good! Everyone is very nice and personable and the prices are great. We will definitely be returning.

Im not from the area my husband and I had to bring his sister for an interview so to kill some time we decided to get our hair cut. I couldnt be happier with that decision. I saw a lady named Victoria who was absolutely amazing she kept me chatting the whole time like a good hair dresser should and my hair came out better than expected. I would def send people her way!
