Terrible haircut! I visited with my fiance, who needed a haircut for an interview. He has a typical mens haircut- short on the sides and back and a little longer on the top and front. We were a walk-in, and they got him in right away , but the stylist did a terrible job. The stylist literally only took about 10 minutes on the haircut, and she cut the entire thing crooked. She didnt give my fiance a mirror to check out the back before she finished, and if I wasnt there she would have sent him out the door with it uneven in the back. Before my fiance checked out I pointed out the mistake with the stylist, and she tried to argue with me and tell me the haircut only looked crooked because of the way his hair was hanging. I convinced her to fix the back, but I also noticed the front was crooked. After arguing with the stylist about the back of cut being crooked, I decided not to bring it up, and then when we got home I cut the front straight. OVERALL TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. WOULD NOT RECCOMMEND

I always been at this great clip and never had a single problem but today this one lady named KATHERINE who cut my hair was SO rude and had no manners how to talk to customers. She had headphones in the whole time while cutting hair and had to repeat everything as she really was not paying attention. She kept getting mad when i told her how i wanted my hair cut. I did not like the hair cut nor the service provided. Very dispponted. ALL THE OTHER PEOPLE THAT WORKS THAT ARE SUPER NICE AND NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH ANY OF THEM.
