Friendly staff but the salon was empty. My daughter got a trim and bangs so her experience was fine. I had my stylist cut about 6 inches off my hair and not only did it end up shorter than expected, but it went until I got home later that night that I realized she missed a good chunk of hair. It was longer than the rest of my hair and this was without asking for anything special like layers in my hair. Pretty disappointed. They remind me of a Supercuts where you have to go in with low expectations. Updated 10-18-16: I have to say that the district manager, Mindy, was very pleasant when she heard about the situation that had occurred and immediately offered me an apology and a chance to "fix the problem". I was worried to go again but I went with the condition that another stylist be the one to "fix" my hair. I went and my stylist, Caitlyn, was pleasant throughout the whole experience. I felt bad for another customer who was getting his hair buzzed and a fade put in his hair by a relatively young and perplexed looking girl. My stylist tried to coach her through the process but she couldnt seem to get the fade even on each side. The customer started to get irritated (I dont blame him!) and Caitlyn told him that if he wanted to wait that she would do it for him after she finished with me. He reluctantly agreed and the original stylist took another customer. I think the fact that my stylist had to help the other girl while in the middle of my service is a pretty bad sign. I can tell you that my end product came out, I thought, better than before. However, I kept pointing out sports in my hair where I felt like things were uneven and she "fixed" them. I saw my aunt a few days later, who is a hair stylist and has been for over 20 years, and she was in shock of the "butchered haircut" I had ended up with. I am so unbelievably disappointed and angry about this and I really wish I hadnt gone in the second time. Shame on me. I want my money back because this cut isnt worth the hassle I had to go through. Highly recommend you look elsewhere for any service you want done.

Dreadful. They should simply call it a butcher shop. The girl had no idea what she was doing and ruined a haircut that I loved, it was just a little long. Now it will take me a month to grow this embarrassment out. Trust me Ill never be walking through those doors again and you shouldnt either. Incase youre wondering this horrifying experience was Sunday Jan 29 and 1pm.

Katie is amazing!! She knows what she is doing and she explains everything shes going to do before she does it. She has fixed my hair after it was orange and brassy (from another stylist). I would definitely recommend this salon. The other girls are all nice and do a great job as well :)
