Horrible This is the worst Great Clips experience ever. The first time I went with my kids. The lady who was there might have been the owner, she basically told me that i did not know how to take care of my childrens hair and then tried to pressure me into buying their hair products. The second time I went alone and was told aftwe i got my hair cut that they would not accept my coupon a coupon that Ive had accepted all over the state. When i tried to ask for the owners number i was made to wait while they "looked" for it, then brought it out on a printed card. They told me she does not like people to have it. News flash you own a business. Owning a business involves customer service. Still havent heard back from her.

My kids loved getting their hair cuts there ! They were great , very friendly nice atmosphere . The prices were good an we even picked up some hair products to stop their hair from getting tangled ! We will be going back for future hair cuts ! Thanks great clips !

Now I know why I have always gone to a real barber shop. I took My son for a haircut here and I will never go back.. He has 3 spots on his head that are almost bald and all around the top where its longer is all jagged. I wish I could give negative stars!
