Unqualified, untrained newbie woman made a mess of my hair. Didnt cut my hair uniformly, left long hair strands both at the back and the sides, but cut my hair to the scalp in the front !! The dog groomers do a better job than this ... I guess its right to say you get monkeys when you pay peanuts by going for a cheap hair salon. Been going there for a year, but not going anymore... Not sure she did any hair cutting school either..

Love this place and overall Great Clips. Previously had haircuts from Great clips in Ohio and now in MA they knew my likings with hair so not much explaination needed. Advice to new ppl is get yourself acquanted with few basic things like hair length, where you want Trim or scissors. My hairstylist has been faboulous so far and i have got 3 different kind of styles. Availability - Tough during evening hours

Friendly staff. Easy to get seen during off peak times. Great veteran discount. Never a mess up, but my haircut is simple. Checking in through their app or online is a real plus. The estimated wait time is not always accurate, but usually +/- 10 minutes.

One of the worst places to get a haircut. Asked for scissors on the top and instead cut my hair finger-length because the intern had short-fingers and cut my hair short and was disappointed. Only come here with a coupon.

The cosmologist at this place are great. I can always go their and a great haircut at great prices. Sometimes the staff dont listen as well as they should, but what salon can get it absolutely perfect.

Few staff are rude. When it comes to coupon they never accept. Always keep saying they are different franchise cannot accept this coupon. I recommend you to go to Shrewsbury Great Clips instead.

Friendly employees who are good at doing basic cuts. I wouldnt come here for a style or color that required a lot f skill or was outside the norm. But good for a trim or quick cut.

This was the worst experience I have had in a haircut place. I ask for a simple hair trim, and she (Ami) cut my hair extremely short, even when I show her the length that I wanted.

Worst experience or my life. I went in to get a mohawk and it was so bad. I swear the person was blind because it is so off center and the racing stripes were so uneven.
