You’re the owner of a rental property, that’s nowhere near you. What do you do when you get a call from your tenant in the middle of the night saying, "I hear a hissing noise coming from under my sink?" First, you tell them to shut off the water, but then what? You Google for a contractor and hope you can find a reputable company in the area that won’t cost three arms and a leg. You scour reviews from people who’ve dealt with the company thus far, searching for clues about the reality of the people you’re looking to hire. After the big search, the next morning, you call their office and hope for the best. The reviews of R. Fresolo Plumbing and Heating are extremely good, and mine doesn’t differ from popular opinion. You only get one chance to make a positive first impression and now I know the reason why R. Fresolo Plumbing & Heating has that great reputation. From the initial contact with the answering service, to the call returned within hours rather than days, to the completion of the job, my interactions were surprisingly attentive, professional, and pleasant. As a real estate investor, I’ve dealt with a fair number of contractors, some good, many not. I could legitimately ask "Who’s ever heard of a contractor who returns calls quickly, shows up on time, finishes within a deadline, won’t gouge you, and on top of all that will stand behind their work?" R. Fresolo Plumbing and Heating is that rare diamond you hope to find amongst all that coal. Before calling, I was impressed not only by the positive reviews, but by the fact that the contractor took the time to reply to the negative reviews received and attempted to make their customers happy. I have taken the time to write this review because I know reviews can either make or break a service business, and I found this company to be courteous, conscientious and fair. All I know is I’m glad that I’ve found a plumbing and heating contractor that I know I can rely on in Worcester. Thanks for a job well done!

I would highly recommend Fresolo Plumbing - very responsive and professional! The first time I called them, my 30+ year old furnace stopped working on a Sunday, in one of the coldest January days weve had. When I woke up, the inside temperature was 37 degrees. I looked online for plumbers & was lucky enough to select Fresolo. I couldnt believe that Rocky, Jr. showed up in 15 minutes on a SUNDAY! (They are not all like Fresolo...the last time I had a problem I called a different plumber 3 times but he never even called me back.) Rocky explained all the options clearly and identified the estimated costs for each. Since I didnt have the money for a new system & didnt plan to live here after another year or so, I elected to have the old one fixed. He gave me a tempory fix while the alo very old part was ordered but said if the furnace went out in the meantime, to give him a call & he would come right out. The next day Rocky came again, bringing a couple of parts that fixed the situation perfectly. I just had another plumbing problem & Rocky responded immediately. I feel if I ever have an emergency in the future, I can always count on Rocky Jr. to get the job done quickly, professionally and at a reasonable price. He is very honest and will always assist you in any way he can. I know you will have the same experience that I did if you call him the next time you need a good plumbing & heating company.

If you are looking for a responsive and dependable plumbing and heating company - select R. Fresolo. When I had a hot water heater problem I had to search the internet to find a plumber and I definitely made the right selection in choosing R. Fresolo. They responded to my call within a couple of hours. Since then I have had other issues with my furnance and a leaky pipe leading into the house . Each time Rocky Jr. explains what he believes the issue may be and then recaps for me what exactly was done. I no longer worry if something goes wrong because I know I can always count on R. Fresolo to help me out.

In November 2015 R.Fresolo Plumbing and Heating replaced my old oil boiler and electric hot water heater with a Burnham gas fired boiler and an AO Smith hot water heater. I selected Fresolo P&H not only due to the good reviews that I had read and the good things about them that I had heard , but also due to their wonderful responsiveness during my decision process. They always called me back, answered my all questions,and showed up on time. In regards to the equipment and the installation : I am most pleased with the quality and workmanship and I hesitate not in giving Fresolo P&H my highest recommendation..

Fresolo Plumbing is by far the most honest, straight forward professional in the business. I will always call them first and I know I can rely on their expertise in guiding me to the best decision for me and my family when it concerns our heating and plumbing needs. They are thorough, timely, and easy to work with. No hidden costs or "extras" are lurking in the dark with them. I got 3-4 quotes for a boiler and not only was Fresolo better, but guided us with rebates, insurance requirements, and best practices. Our house is safer, wiser, and better prepared for the NE weather because of them. Thanks guys.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I called to see if they hookup gas clothing dyers, and the person who answered said he "doesnt know hes just the call answer". I asked if he could find out and he said "uh no" like he was an idiot. I just replied okay thank you, and hung up. This company is a joke. If the person answering cant even tell you what services they provide imagine the dummies who they have hired to actually do the work.

Changed from oil to gas needed a whole new system. Rocky Fresolo and the men that work for him were very professional and courteous. Answered all the question and always explained what they were doing. The whole experience was fantastic and I would highly recommend them for any plumbing need. I will be using them for years to come for the maintenance of my system.

I had a small leak in my bathroom sink that I couldnt fix myself. Called Fresolo Plumbing yesterday, and he came and fixed my sink today! Great job, friendly service and very fair cost. Definitely keeping his card handy for future reference. I recommend him highly!

Had some heating issue today so called this place because it has all the good reviews. They asked for $195 just for coming over and any other issues would be extra. Unbelievable! Felt like I was calling a doctor to my house?
