Ken Massa Plumbing & Heating highly recommended. Saw his ad in Yellow Book & called about a free estimate for some issues at our summer home in Sag Harbor. Ken arrived on time and gave us a reasonable price for some repairs. He & his guys did the work the next day. They did a great job, neat & tidy. No pressure to buy anything else. Just a pleasure to do business with. Will call again for future work.

I had a tenant call with a broken boiler a friend referred me to these guys and they responded fast and was able to get my tenant back in heat the same day. I will use them for all my rentals in long island with heating or plumbing problems.

Sad to say I am not satisfied with Kens service. He showed up late for our appointment to quote and review the job. It is a relatively straightforward job, but he never got me a quote. Wasted many hours of my time.
