Tim came out to my house on a Sunday evening after 7pm for an emergency call. He had a staff member with him. Tim assessed the situation and was honest. His price was very reasonable especially for having the work performed on a Sunday evening. My friend is a contractor and came to assess the situation, he was so impressed with Griswold plumbing he took their card to use them for plumbing services in the future. I am having Tim return to my house to do some additional essential work on April 1, as well as to replace my water heater this summer. This guy and this company are the best! Our main water pipe in the house ruptured on a Saturday morning. After calling the biggest plumbing company in CT (with 24/7 day service AND emergency service BTW), and being told they couldnt send anyone until MONDAY, I looked locally and found Griswold plumbing. After leaving a message on their answering machine, I got a call back within 10 minutes from Jeremy the plumber who said he would be there in an hour. He was on time, professional, and worked quickly to get our water fixed. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Thank you again Griswold Plumbing Services!!!

Griswold Plumbing have carried out several jobs for me in the last few months. Jeremy our tech has always been brilliant. He is happy to discuss any problems and explains all the options really well. He gave us great advice and handled all the work expertly and quickly. The costs were very reasonable too. What I really like though is the great work ethic and commitment that they have to their customers. They really do care that the work is being done professionally. I wouldnt go anywhere else and I recommend them very highly.

Abraham came to our home today to assess the source of the smell in our water, and he quickly found the cause, offered a solution, and we now have a new water tank and a great deal more knowledge than we had before about how to keep our water healthy and our water system fully functional. Griswold Plumbings service is outstanding. What was supposed to be a quick service took much longer, not because of Griswold but because of what was discovered. Jeremy was professional, explained his approaches, and I cant believe he got it all done within the given time frame, all on his own! Very impressed with this company, and can definitely recommend them to the highest degree.

After a few problems with other plumbers in the area Griswold Plumbing came through for us and theyre the only ones we would even think of calling anymore. Fast responses, fair prices, nice to work with. They snaked a drain that had already stymied another plumber and have also made emergency repairs. I wholeheartedly recommend them.
