I only gave 1 star so I could leave a review. Went in Sunday to get a simple oil change. Now my car battery is messed up. I have never had trouble starting my car before. Even in -10° weather. I call to talk to the auto center and he was rude and tried making me look stupid. I am not a happy person right now!!! And I will make sure everyone I know heard about this!!!

Id give them less stars if it were possible, the service was bad, the mechanics were rude, and they put the lug nuts on so tight the mechanic at my local auto shop snapped his breaker bar in two trying to remove them.

During remodel they provided service in still a timely matter, associates are helpful and if cant figure it out they normally contact someone that can, cant wait to see after remodel.

Never had a problem with my heat working in my car, but after getting an oil change done here, my heat and front defrost are not working. :( Very angry!
