Loved these guys! My boyfriend and I were heading to Toronto from Chicago when we saw our engine overheating warning come on. We stopped at the closed Chevy dealership but their service wasnt open on a Saturday. We went to Tuffys next door and their team was amazing! They didnt have the part we needed on hand but they did a temporary fix that would allow us to make it to the next dealership. They treated us like friends and even let us bring our dog in the shop and treated her like their own (giving her treats, water and lots of pets). Because of them we were able to make it to the next Chevy service center and get the part we needed and make it to Toronto for our mini-vacation. Such good genuine guys. My boyfriend and I are still talking about how great they are! Thanks so much!

Joe and his team really helped our family out today! We were driving home from visiting family in MI when we developed a small leak in a tire on our drive home to Pittsburgh. We by chance got off at the Marshall exit and pulled into Tuffy. Joe was quick to help us repair the tire and get us back on the road. Our car was loaded with our 2 small boys (7 months and a 2 year old) and our dog. He repaired the tire without any of us getting out of the car! We were back on the road in 10 minutes and Joe and his team turned what could have been a nightmare situation into a quick and reliable fix! Thanks Joe!!!

My mom and I broke down a couple miles away. Joe recommended an awesome towing service. The customer service at tuffy was outstanding. The radiator broke but they were able to fix it in a timely manner. The owner was great too, stayed open late to accommodate is. Go there for sure

Didnt fix steering said they did. Wanted it fixed wouldnt do it right away so had down at another garage. They said steering was never done. Wont do refunded for something they never did.
