Being treated with respect and honesty. Scott, owner of B & B has been extremely helpful in me being successful in my new position at Kellogg Community College. At our first meeting I said, "I dont even keep track of the maintenance of my personal vehicle - my husband does." Scott replied, "No problem - I will help you. Ill try to call and remind you if my records indicate service/maintenance is due on one of the college fleet vehicles". Guess what.....he has done just that. We have a great working relationship because I know this man and his company are honest with me. Dont miss you - your next vehicle repairs needs to start by calling/contacting B & B Fleet/Automotive in Battle Creek. Huge thanks to all the employees at B & B - best wishes for decades of continued service. This country needs more small business that operates in the honest fashion B & B operates in.

All you really need to know about B & B and Scott (the owner) is you will never meet a more honest mechanic than Scott, the owner of B & B. I took my car to him for the first time a couple of years ago and had nothing but great, and just as important honest, service. He will not suggest any work for your car that it does not truly need. In business where at times honesty is short in supply you will always receive it from Scott.

As someone who works in the customer service industry, I have never been more impressed by an automotive servicer than I am by B & B Fleet & Automotive! I even received a thank you from the owner after my oil change and a follow up call to make sure I was satisfied with my service! WOW!
