This company, just today, baited and switched me on a tune-up. When I came in to pick up the car, I tried to have an intelligent conversation about how I perceived the transaction. Jason, the store manager, was extremely rude. He would not let me express my opinion even though I asked him to allow it. He ended up throwing my card back at me. My husband told me to go out and test drive the car before he left, we were there near as this is when they indicated the car was finished. Jason not only verbally assaulted us but threatened my husband. You should not do business with this company/location. We filed a police report and can only hope you can avoid being treated as we have by avoiding any business with Firestone Forest Park. We are investigating our legal options. We asked for a number for Jasons supervisor; the number he provided, as of this point, just rings and rings.

Anytime I need ANYTHING serviced on my vehicle I come to this Firestone! They always do good thorough work, they are honest and always give you all your options, and their customer service is impeccable! George is always super nice, has great customer service skills and takes the time to talk with you about your concerns. Toni always does a great job servicing my vehicle and is very knowledgeable. I have owned three cars and have taken everyone of them to this location for service. I am definitely a long term customer!

Had a flat tire on our vacation here to Cincinnati...was told it was only going to be an hour ended up being over 4!! Only good things about this experience is the fact that they will hold you hostage until your car is done right!! They didnt want us to have a old manufactured tire so we got the new one and this is after they delivered the old one to begin with!! Patience is definitely key if you come here!! People are nice but seriously our last day of our trip was ruined!!

If I could give this place a negitive I would!!! Sob manager said I hit a pot hole to screw up my alignment. Took a magnet to my abs breaks to set off the sensor for repair. My truck had just been in getting new pads and an alignment with Ford. I only went to this place because they had the tires my husband wanted. Should have stuck with Ford. This place caused damage to my truck to make more money on repairs

I bought 2 new tires for my car and they replaced the wrong tires. They were supposed to replace the 2 front tires that were dry rotted but instead replace the 2 back tires that were perfectly fine. No one wants to admit to the mistake so now Im having to end up buying 4 tires because they screwed up! If anyone goes there for tires dont leave make sure they listen to you and get a name!

This is the only place I go if I need any work done on my car. They do great work and always in a timely manner. Unlike many other car shops, they are honest and dont try to rip you off and squeeze every penny out of you. The staff is always really friendly and helpful. The manager George always makes sure you are taken care of.

Will never come here again, was called and told my truck was ready for pick up, it was already paid for, told them to leave it outside and lock the keys in it and i would come and get it, i drove a half hour only to find my vehicle locked inside the shop, pissed.
