i had had a small noise in the engine and wanted to get it checked out i took it somewhere else and they charged me $25 just to put it on the lift for 30 min. craig drove it talked with me and we trird to figure it out. he held the car overnight for free, put the car on the lift for free, ran an OPTIC into the engine for free and found the problem (A BENT HEAT SHIELD). he bent the plate back and charged me ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!!!! IF YOU EVER HAVE TO HAVE TO HAVE SOMETHING DONE ON YOUR CAR BRING IT TO CRAIG!!!!! THEY ARE NICE AND GREAT TO THEIR CUSTOMERS 10000000% SATISFIED!!!!!

Its good to be able to say Ive always gotten what I needed in a timely manner from Glenn and his staff, but its even more important to me to be able to say that Craig Automotive has earned my trust over the years. On several occasions they directed me away from a path (one which I had requested) that would have cost me quite a bit more. This is one of the key reasons that Im now a regular there.

Ive been a customer with Craig Automotive for almost 20 years.Ive been through many vehicles and Glens shop has always been honest and thorough. Theyve done major work, fixed my save a buck "do it myself" brake job and sent my Mother-in-law home with the many extreemly minor repairs at no charge. "Yah Kurt its fixed. Just have her get someone to tighten her gas cap or you fill her car"

Would absolutely never visit again. The counter staff is pleasant enough to deal with, but the techs they have there are rude and EXTREMELY disrespectful. Ive not experienced an interaction that unpleasant in YEARS. The techs refuse to clearly discuss or even explain what work they believe needs to be done.

I have used Craig Automotive for years and always feel I get my moneys worth. They call and patiently explain the work that is needed and give me time to think over what I want to do. An honest mechanic is so good to have - I never wonder if I am getting ripped off. We wouldnt go anyplace else.
