I used to work here, I no longer am employed with them. All of the staff that was there was friendly except for two and both of them were fired after I left. Also, the other problem was the old store manager, who quit because he couldnt handle the work load of being a store manager, was an absolute prick. I have interacted with the new one and its being ran much better now. I can see that the shop has improved so much since those three employees have gone. Also, the mechanics in there are very knowledgeable and very fast paced.

Always relied on these guys to do the right thing and I was burned they totally ruined my car. My transmission is shot and I still owe 2 years on the loan and owe them on their firestone credit card. But why they be worried they got their money. Thats what these big chains do to the blue collard man. I will never go to another firestone in my life its a shame been going to them for almost 9 years and now something went wrong they are denying it. Wish I could give no stars these clowns dont deserve a 1 star rating

Went to this place to have ac condenser replaced. I brought my own after they treys to sell me a cheap Chinese knock off that they got from a different car. They told me no outside parts period even tho mine was special order direct from manufacture. After all that they tried to force sunny tires on me which were just rated as the worst and from china. The only good part was the Africa American from the sales floor.
