They did an oil pan gasket on my car. Took it all apart and half a**ed the work putting it back together I had hoses hanging, things not bolted back. Bolts broken that they never told me about that they have to replace because they didnt notify me prior. After $800 turns out it wasnt even the problem and wasnt even leaking from there. The mechanics told me I needed a new engine because mine had rust on it. Yeah thats what happens when water gets stuck behind the engine paint. Grind and sand and bam brand new engine look and a better paint protector. They lie and half a** their work. Never going to midas again simple as that. Would avoid this shop if I was you.

Saved my life from a truck that could of killed me. I brought in a truck I took to car x right before I brought it to midas. Midas took a look an noticed the truck was no good an not save to drive not fix. The truck was so messed up the whole metal frame was rusted an broke, car x told me it was only steering column turns out it was much worse that had me drive off lot with it. Midas told me their not letting me risk my life in that truck with a child. So I wish I could give 100* but cant. Midas cares about ur safety in these vehicles. Prices might be high but well worth it. Ill be a lifetime midas customer. Thank you Midas again.

Best experience at a shop ever! Knowledgeable, friendly and very competitively priced! They were very honest, didnt try to "up-sell" or take advantage in any way. I even expressed how a previous mechanic told me my rotors were shot, they informed me that my rotors were fine. Its nice to find a mechanic that I feel I can trust! Ill be telling everyone I know about the quality service and wonderful headache free experience I had today! The manager even took time out of his day to drop me at my office while they worked on my vehicle! SO impressed! Thank you Midas!

Surprised by the previous reviews did not have the same experience. Im from Michigan and I go to Midas there, I live in Ohio now and needed an oil change. Took it there today and service was awesome, Michael noticed my axle needed to be replaced, which I knew work had to be done to the car since I bought it used and already had to replace the breaks. He put a new axle on and did my oil change and had no problems. Fred the boss hospitality is amazing and really knows how to treat his customers. Will go definitely back. :)

Dropped my car off at 11:45 yesterday for a front axle brake change with an 1 1/2 hour quote. After the time was up I called to find out that they hadnt even started. They had a wrong delivery from their guy bringing the rotors and instead of rushing to get the correct one they waited 4 more hours for another delivery, all while not calling to let me know. After a 5 hour brake change I got the pleasure of still paying full price with no apology. Would not recommend.

I was treated very well. The Manager from downtown suggested the high mileage oil which at first I thought it was a way to get more money but he explained to me the benefits and it made sense that I do it. He then explained that I could save 20 dollars on todays invoice if I were to apply for credit card which after being approved, helped me out now and possibly in the future. He was very courteous and friendly and I was in and out very quickly.

Midas is the only place I trust my vehicles with the right price and labor. The manager and his co-mechanics really do know what theyre doing and are completely 100% honest with you at all times. They will not sell you something you do not need nor will they swindle you in any way. They go above and beyond in getting you in and out as quickly and safely as possible. I have seen all of their competitors before and nobody beats Midas.

We had a terrible experience with a Midas in our home town. They forgot to put the oil cap on the car after an oil change. We noticed a strong smell of gas and decided to go get it checked out at this Midas as we were in town visiting family. James got us taken care of at now charge. He got our oil topped off and gave us a coupon for a free oil change. Definitely glad this is where we stopped.

This was the best oil change/tire rotation I have ever had. I brought my car in at noon and they were done by 12:30 pm. Scott was very friendly and showed me exactly what would need to be done to my car in the near future for my brake pads. He explained everything very well and had great customer service. Ill definitely be returning to this location.

Have come to this location multiple times for oil changes and tires. Have always had a good experience. James helped us throught the process and made sure we were taken care of, and managed to get us out ahead of schedule despite being short handed that day. Ive always gone to Midas for my oil changes but havent for the past year due to some poor experiences at another location, but not here. This location has friendly excellent staff that do their best to get you in and out as fast as possible while doing quality work.

I dont trust the manager Fred. I trusted him to fix my explorer. He was doing it at his home for me. Front axle and hub units. Three months later, he still doesnt have it done. Already out $500 and still dont have my car back.

New Management! Excellent customer service, and the Mechanic Chris is one of the best in any repair shop! He replaced the resonator on my SS, performed an oil change, and replaced an air filter in about an hour!
