I would be able to give an actual review of this place if they ever actually took my appointment. They never have "enough staffing" to schedule oil changes and dont have any signs up about hiring new employees. I would be fine with that if they werent short with you when you talked to them as well. Also, I had a lifelong warranty on my brakes that I bought from the CarX in Blue Ash and they told me they "couldnt honor the other locations warranty" when I wanted to come in. If you want service - go to the CarX in Blue Ash. They are fast, friendly and actually take appointments.

The Winton Car-X is an excellent shop. They service exactly what I ask for and never try to sell me unwanted or un-needed maintenance. They give me an estimate for cost and for the time to pick up my car. I can choose to wait or go home and wait for the call. Im 3 miles from the shop and they will come and get me when the car is ready if I want. My car is 13 years old and Car-X has had all my service for the last ten years. The car runs like new for me.

I took my car for an oil change last month, to find out yesterday, that I barely had any oil in the car and the oil was VERY OLD. I never got an oil change!! They were so swamped they maybe forgot to accommodate my vehicle and prematurely sent my vehicle out the door unfinished. Now currently I have very loud knocking in my engine. Hopefully Frank is as nice and honest as you guys say.(Waiting to hear back)

WOMEN BEWARE!! Went in to get my brake lights replaced...guy came back and said the bulbs are good I need a circuit $276.00....I said NO WAY!! Went literally around the corner to Monroe Tire and he fixed my brake lights for $10 and it was done in 1 minute. I swear this place is a scam they were originally going to charge me $30 to change the bulbs ...smh!!!

Do not go here!!!! I went to have my car looked at which involved taking the tire off in order to even inspect what my issue was. I was told i could leave and drive on it safely and my wheel fell off!!!!!! Apparently whoever put the wheel back on did a garbage job and it cost me a tow. Only reason i gave them one star is to write this review

This place is great. All the gentlemen that work here are very polite and do a great job on my car. They are quick and take the time to explain things to me if I have any questions. Not only are they honest, but they do good work. Ive been going here for 5 years now and have only had good experiences.

Great service. One issues is first come first service. However, they open at 7:30am if I arrive at 7am sit in the dark lot and wait until they open, then someone pulls up at 7:26am walk right in the door and get service for me. That is a major problem. Please work on that. Thanks for your service.
