I have had nothing but bad luck with the service department as well as the parts department. I have had a decent experience with the car sales department though. I had service work done on my van a year ago in the winter. The AC lines were disconnected for the service. The AC worked in the fall prior to the service but not in the spring when I first attempted to use it. I was told that it was "Nothing we did" and it cost me a fortune to get the AC working again. The next time I was at the dealership I had to buy a bolt that broke to hold my front strut on. When I picked up the special order bolt there was no nut. I was told, "Oh, you have to order the nut separately because that is the way Chrysler is" as the parts person chuckled. Do you think that would have been information for me to know when I ordered the bolt instead of after I waited four days for it? The last time, today, I went to the parts department at 12:01 pm. I was told by an employee, "The parts department is on lunch and wont be back until 1:00." Are you kidding me? Everyone has to go on lunch at the same time instead of staggering so there is a person there when customers come in? And I dont believe that information is posted on the door either. This was the last straw for me. I will never do business with this dealership again or any other of the Cole Group Dealership for that matter. I will drive to Indiana or Detroit for parts, service or a new vehicle first. I will make sure everyone I know is well aware of the business practices at this dealership as well. Thanks for nothing.

Where do We start to Thank EveryOne at Cole Chrysler...This Dealership goes beyond any word to describe "Caring~Professional~Great Product"! It was April 16, 2016 when We were headed North on I-69 between M-60 & Marshall when two turkeys went thru our front windowshield of our 2013 Jeep Wrangler Sahara with the Tom exiting the back window & the hen hitting Sue in the head & chest landing in her lap. Having it delivered to Marshall, we were told there was a Jeep dealership right off I-69. We went to the dealership Brett Bowers offered us so much from car rental numbers, trying to find a driver to get us to Kalamazoo to get a rental car, opened their break room for us. Being complete strangers everyone at Cole Chrysler opened Their Hearts & Caring Actions to both of us! After We decided that we didnt want the 2013... Brett Bowers... Jeff Bover... & Renee Steagall got us into a 2016 Wrangler 75th Edition. We have told EveryOne here in Interlochen~Traverse City Area about this wonderful dealership! EveryOnes kindness that was given to us will never be forgotten and We only hope someday Our help to someone will be equally appreciated!!! Bought a Jeep that was perfect when I went to test drive it. Then after trying to buy it and waiting 4 hours after they said they would have it ready, I left with it and without even getting 10 min down the road everything stopped working on it. I told called my husband crying and we took it back after going in and telling them what was going on one of the guys smiles and say "oh yeah I knew that stuff had quit working, we will have to get it in to be serviced!" Still smiling. I was dumbfounded that he knew this and still let me leave the dealership with my 1 month old daughter and 2 year old son in the back seat and had no intentions of letting me know what was going on, until and turned the car around before even getting to my house and went back and complained. Still trying to figure out whats going on as of now I would rather get a different vehicle with them thats actually safe and doesnt make me worry about my familys safety and wellbeing, and be able to give them more stars later and update my review as of now Im extremely upset and not very impressed.

Its been quite a few years since I bought a brand new car and have avoided dealerships like the plague. I only recalled bad experiences with car dealers. I was dreading even thinking about walking into the dealership and talking to a pushy sales person that tells you the price that is not even close to what ends up on paper . That is not this dealership!! I sent a couple emails to Cole Chrysler and was pleased with the response. Then I decided to drop buy and talk to John Michael one of the sales guys at Cole. I told them what I wanted and within minutes I had a quote in front of me. I was pleased with the quote although still leery from past experiences I ask John what the real out-the door price would end up being if I ordered the Jeep. He simply circled the total and told me "this is it". What I ended up paying was that price, right to the penny. For the first time ever my new car buying experience was actually fun and exciting. YES! I will be back.

Absolutely recommend this dealership! I live in Illinois and shopped several different dealerships looking for best price. With Cole Chrysler Jeep Dodge, I simply made one single call requesting their best price on the new car and within 30 minutes they had sent me their pricing and the break down of such via email and text. There pricing was the best and their process was extremely easy going. Sales person (John) is extremely knowledgable about the product. He takes the time to go over the entire vehicle with you (he even stayed after closing on a Saturday for us). In addition, Renee in the their finance department was extremely helpful and was able to get us the best rate yet! She too stayed late on a Saturday in order to deliver us the car. Truly, I highly recommend this dealership. If you are like me and live a few hours or so away, it is worth your call, time, and cost to purchase from them! Thank you John and Renee for all your help! We couldnt be happier!

I am a senior citizen who has purchased used cars from private owners all of my life. I seldom if ever consider buying from a dealer. I found a vehicle of interest at Cole Chrysler on the internet and decided to see if they would take my current vehicle in trade. Over the three days that it took me to make a decision to buy the Cole vehicle, Andy B and DJ worked with me to make the purchase happen. I experienced no high pressure "make up your mind" sales tactics whatsoever. Both Andy and DJ did convince me to drive the vehicle home (over 100 miles away) and keep it overnight. They assured me that if I didnt want it the next day, there would be no pressure to buy it. Andy, DJ and other Cole staffers kept their word and treated me with respect, dignity and non-judgment from start to finish. I felt that ultimately I got a legitimately good deal and so far the 2016 Ford has met my expectations. Thank you Andy and thank you DJ.
