Never again. They literally couldnt pay me to come back here. First experience was awful, color was incorrect and was promised it would be fixed by the owner on my 2nd visit. She then called to say she couldnt do my hair because she has a yoga class that night. The third attempt to let her make it right (after repeated emails from her promising my satisfaction and full attention) wound up with me siting outside of the locked,closed dark salon at 5pm wondering where Pam Cole was for my 5 and 530 appointments? Two confirmation emails AND a reminder text sent from the salon at 3pm and I show up to closed doors without a call, email or text. No note on the door. I waited in the parking lot for about 15 minutes hoping that maybe she was running behind or just had to run out. Multiple calls and emails were not answered or returned. This salon is ran like a three ring circus and I am telling everyone I know to stay away.

I have been to this salon a couple of times and learned about the salon through word of mouth. I was very happy with my service. I left and my hair looked FABULOUS and I received multiple compliments. I have another appointment scheduled soon and Im very excited about it :) I would recommend this salon!

Nail tech good and very friendly.... but it took two and half hours to do a french shellac
