I had a wedding to go to over the weekend, so I needed to get my haircut to at least look decent, BUT it was completely uneven, the back was rounded and not squared as I asked, and they cut more off the top which made it look like I joined the army. The butcher at this "so-called salon" was also - 1. Very Rude. 2. Inexperienced. 3. Could care less about her job. All she did was complain, spreading her negativity and toxic-ness amongst the other "so-called stylists." I highly recommend that you do not go here as they lack the skills and experience in customer service and overall professionalism. The employees here hate their job and it shows! Fantastic Sams is a place where all the flunkies go to get a job. So if you want to go to a place that drains your soul, you are probably better off visiting Hell. The manager(s) at this place should be ashamed of themselves!

Terrible salon. From the moment I stepped foot inside and saw how dirty it was, I knew I shouldnt follow through with the haircut. The only good Fantastic Sams is the one on Sheldon Road. Do not go here unless you want your haircut to be uneven. The hairstylists honestly dont know what theyre doing. They also smell like smoke and make you leave with the smell on you. I asked the lady to trim my hair and cut bangs. My haircut was so uneven. I paid $32 for my sister and myself, plus tip! This is an awful salon and I wish I never came here. I will never go to this salon again.

I went in on Friday to get my eyebrows waxed and they were taking all the people who came in after me. Finally I walked out and told them they were a horrible place. I thought ALL stylists were trained on how to wax. The 2 people at the front desk were just rude and all they could say was sorry. They just sat there amd did nothing. Total bs. You always have a long wait too. I just wanted my dang eye brows waxed! NEVER will I step foot in that location again!

Dont let Erika cut your hair. I mentioned at L last 4 times how undercutting my hair was key to my style. When I was done I ended up with a flip instead of a bob. I went out to my car and looked at it and decided to go back in. Erika told me my hair could not be undercut. This is simply not true. If she didnt know how to undercut she should have asked for some help. I will never go back. I will have to pay to have someone fix my hair...
