I wish I could give 0 stars.PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE JOINING THE GYM. I think Im the oldest customer of this club . I joined last year October 2016 and this club started in April 2017 (6 months wait). The owner was super friendly, since we both belonged to the same part of the world, he made me feel like home and everything was good. I had informed him well before joining that I had leave back to my home country in few months, so I can not commit for a contract. He readily agreed and asked me to talk to him when I had to leave. So, after few months when it was my time to leave, I went to him requesting for cancellation, the whole story changed. He was very unprofessional in handling his customer, he was not even ready to engage in a conversation. He left out of the gym stating he has some personal thing to take care of. He also mentioned that contract can not be changed and for cancellation he need a reason with proof or pay 50% of entire contract. I showed him a one-way ticket, employment letter and he started asking for additional proofs. After almost a month after leaving USA, I get an email regarding gym payment being due. So, my suggestion would be, there is a better gym down the street, you may wanna consider. Do not fall for sweet words of the owner, Mr. Khan. A month back it had 2 star rating, I cant believe it has 4 star rating now. Avoid this gym at all cost if you dont want be stuck in a 2-year contract. They make your life hell, if you want to quit or discontinue the contract.Trust me, it is harder than getting out a marriage !! (Update : After this review, Mr. Khan, the owner of this club has gone to next level of purposeful denying the cancelation and threatening to refer my case to collection agency. This is heights of unprofessionalism)

Took 4 months to open after signing up, my fault for not reading all 18 pages of the contract but I was told it was $50 to cancel at anytime. Now I am having to jump thru hoops with the owner to be able to cancel my memebership to move out of state to take care of my sick father. They have barely any equipment or space. THERE IS A REASON THIS IS THE ONLY GYM YOU CAN NOT CANCEL! Ive had no problem cancelling fitness 19 right down the street or lifetime fitness, these ones are going to make me keep payment until I have a new license from a different state and I also have to live 15 miles away from Any location (they are saying, not the contract), even if you die, you Better hope your family will bring your death certificate in so they stop taking money from your dead relative... ridiculous money hungry no compassion people. And this is not just policy, every anytime is independently owned, warning! Go to fitness 19 for $20 less a month, go to lifetime wth everything or planet fitness for less/24 hours and way more to do! And a contract you dont have to die to get out of!

Absolutely awful management at this particular 24HrFitness location. Note that every bad review regarding this branch deals with the same criticism: the staff in charge of memberships. I would not be surprised if every five star rating was given by the own gym employees, because everyone Ive talked to that actually has experience joining AND trying to end their membership has had the same negative experience as myself. Hidden costs and management completely unprofessional. Avoid this branch at all costs unless youre looking for a major headache! EDIT: As far as machines go, there is mostly just ONE for each muscle group. Good luck getting a workout done if someone is working the same body part as you. No machine for biceps, and most others are two-in-one machines (e.g. back row and chest press). Also, this "deadlift platform" advertised is just foam mats...

Sent my information as well as many others to everyone on their mailing list and when asked about why and how something like this could happen they just said oops. They continually call and text even when theyve been told not too. Dont trust them with your credit card or bank info. The only plus I can see is nobody is ever at this gym. I go to the hardware store next door frequently and anytime I look into anytime there are zero people there.

Very selfish. Only one genuine person who decided to help me. They did everything they could to try to get me to stay and even tried to make sure I didnt cancel and decided to tell me "you cant cancel because of a contract." What kind of gym doesnt let you cancel a memebership? On top of that I was told there was no cancelation fee but when I checked online its 50 dollars to get rid of it. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

I have been working out in this gym for almost 5 months. Its really close to my place and at a convenient location. Staff is amicable and my trainer Jason is great. Have private bathroom and overall very clean and well maintained. You can find almost everr machine for a proper and core workout. I would highly recommend it.

only 24 hour gym in Farmington!! Great variety of equipment, very clean. Theyve got private showers, too! Equipment awesome, the cardio is very interactive, I usually watch Netflix. Weight space is large as well, which is good because I like a little space when I do weights They even have space for future expansion!

Great place to work out in. The new trainer Jett is knowledgable, and helpful with any questions I may have. The staff there are great and friendly. Not sure what changed in the last month or so, but it definately is for the better. This place was good, but now better, keep up whatever you are doing!

I have been going to Anytime fitness for the past 2 months and I think it has been really wonderful experience there. I work with a personal trainer Jason he is amazing and I love the way they take care of their members. The place is also really clean which really important to me :) Really Amazing joint.

I dont think some people will give this place enough credit first time going to this location in the morning and its brand new feels like its only been open for a couple weeks (so dont abuse the enquipment) great place, in my mind I would move a couple machines but thats just me.

Im an actual member and i have to say that this is the best and most affordable gym Ive been too. The Equipment can be compared to places like Lifetime Fitness, high standard. The personal trainers here are very helpful and care for your wellbeing. I defiantly recommend this gym.

My favorite gym in the area. Very comfortable and not too crowded. New equipment and very very clean facility. Wayyy wayyy better than planet fitness and fitness 19, the staff is also very friendly.
