When I found Major League Fitness and Coach Keith I hadnt worked out in years and it showed. But with his programming, encouragement and the great people at the gym I found myself in good shape and stronger than I had been in years. Ive worked myself up to competing in the above 40 class at Powerlifting a goal which I would never had thought was even remotely possible before stepping foot in the gym. I think one of the best things about Coach and his training methods is that even as I work towards increasing my lifts for my goals I also am learning new strength skills such as basic gymnastic ring work, weve worked long and hard on my running technique and made my overall health a priority. That and the mix of athletes that have been there from boxers, MMA, Xfit games, rock climbers, competitive bikers and runners.Each has brought something from his or her own life that has impacted me in my fitness work.

Results: Pure and simple!!! I have been coming to Major League Fitness for 4 months. In that time my body has literally transformed!!! I am doing things I have never done, I have definition where I never have, I am losing weight, I am better, I am stronger, and I am ecstatic! I have seen more results in 4 short months, then I have in years of "exercising" and "dieting." The workouts are tough and challenging yet scalable and are designed to push you to do better. The people are of all ages, all sizes, all fitness levels and are so supportive, encouraging, and inspiring to me every day. Coach Keith, is invaluable! The knowledge, personalized training and attention to detail he provides motivates me to learn more, do better, and work harder! Come in and give it a try - You will not be disappointed!

I have been doing CrossFit in Seattle for a little under a year and I love to hate it, but coming home for the holidays I was concerned about where to get my fix. I found Major League Fitness - which is relatively close to my home town - and was very happy I did. Keith - the trainer was great, very smart and very knowledgeable. Even though he didnt know me he knew exactly how to push me and my limitations. The workout was thorough with a great warm-up to an intense WOD to a still challenging cool-down. Finding this gym made my holiday. I highly recommend checking it out. -Annette

While simply looking for a different fitness routine I found Major League Fitness. A year later I would say I found much more then a fitness routine. I found a great coach that pushes my limits, physically and mentally, every day. I found friends who are as excited about improving their fitness as I am. I found a gym that has become a second home to me. MLF has taken my fitness level to a point I never thought possible. Its a facility Im excited to be a part of and highly recommend.

Major League Fitness makes you push yourself harder than you ever thought possible. It is a positive, encouraging environment that inspires you everytime you go. You never do the same workout; it changes everyday, keeping it interesting, which keeps you going! Keith and the other attendees help you push yourself and achieve your fitness goals. The atmosphere at this gym makes you push longer, harder and faster than you normally would at another gym or by yourself at home. The group support, encouragement and motivation is there to greet you every day and you will see huge results within a months time. Keith, the owner of Major League Fitness, has been training people for over ten years and he has a plethora of knowledge that he uses to aid his clients towards their goals by acquiring the right techniques and skills.

Just turned 50 and I have never been in better shape due to the guidance and energy at Major League Fitness. With multiple marathons and ultra-marathons under my belt I came in with little knowledge of what it means and takes to get a more well rounded level of fitness. I joined MLF 8 months ago. I was hoping to lose the baby weight from my pregnancy. Not only did I lose the baby weight but I got strong and am doing things that I never thought were possible. Keith is wonderful, the personal attention is invaluable. His programming is fun, always challenging, and it works. The best part is anyone can do it! I recommend Major League Fitness and Keith to everyone!

I became interested in MLF through a co-worker, because I wanted to do something different, something that would push me beyond my normal routine... well, Keith does that- everyday! After each workout, you leave the gym feeling accomplished and stronger, mentally and physically. Everyday is a new challenge! A great experience!
