I was having trouble with my ignition on my 2003 pontiac aztek and I took it into ABC Auto Repair on Dort Highway in Flint Michigan to have it fixed. Now when I drop my vehicles off I check them out before I leave and document everything about my car so if there is a problem when I get it back I know what was actually wrong with it. They did fix my ignition or so I hope but when I got my car back there was 1.) A brown Paint Scratch on my driver side door about 6-7 inches long. 2.) An engraved scratch 5-6 inches long next to the paint scratch. 3.) When I dropped my car off it had a quarter tank of gas plus I wrote down my miles and my low fuel light came on when I started my car and there were 62 extra miles on my car so they went joy riding. 4.) They broke my steering column around my ignition and said they had to cut it to get to my ignition when I took my car to 2 other car shops who both said there was no reason to cut my steering column when actually one side of my steering column looked broke so they more than likely cut the other side to make it look as if they had to cut it. When I confronted them about all of these problems, they swore to me the car never left the parking lot, they said its standard to cut the steering column to get to the ignition, and they said the scratches on my car were there when I brought it in when I have documents and pictures proving nothing was on my car when I brought it in!!!! So basically they lied right to me!!!! Not to mention I dont even know if they fixed my ignition correctly! So please for the love of god if your having a car problem please do not take it to ABC Auto Repair no Dort Highway in Flint Michigan to have it fixed. It will cost you extra money to fix whatever they damage, give you a massive head ache and more stress and they are crooks and LIARS!!!!

I had them tow my van, and they were suppose to diagnose my problem, I was charged 125.00 for tow and diagnostician of which they would not show proof that my car was ever computer diagnosed. I just felt very cheated and very disrespected. I wish Id never used them and I know they will never get my business again, for I have not one good thing to say about them.....

Had a heater core go out on my Buick. I was refered to ABC. Called in morning and took car in. He quoted a price said hed start on it that day but might not be done until next day. Got a call later that day and car was done !! Even cheaper than quoted and friendly. Very pleased
