I work out of town and sent my wife to get brake pads for her truck. So she takes the auto zone parts specialist out to the parking lot shows him the truck he looks at the rear rotors and pads says theres your problem. To his credit he was right we need new rear pads. Unfortunately he then sold her rear shoes WTF. Now its Christmas I have the wrong parts and cant take my daughters to grandmas for their chistmas party. Thanks my family will never shop at auto zone again EVER

Been to this location three different times. Always had terrible service. The last time I went for a check engine light. The girl doing the check offered no feedback regarding the issue. She said she was new and asked me "what do you want me to do here?" I dont know.... Your job would be a start. I asked for a print off showing the error and she didnt know how to do it. Poor training and bad attitude. I will always go to the other local auto store from now on.
