My family and myself have been long time customers of Highland Auto for a reason. They have an exceptional and knowledgeable staff, being a young female not knowing much in the field of mechanics i have always felt comfortable going there. Theyre able and willing to explain the extent of the damages whenever i have questions, whereas when i have visited dealerships and other auto repair shops they are very quick, cut and dry to sign work papers and be done with you. Their pricing is reasonable, car expenses are rarely inexpensive but after calling around & doing my research they have always had the most affordable pricing or equal to. My vehicle has been in great hands here along with my familys and theyre able to return it in a timely manner with understanding that everyones lives are busy and we all dont have other means of transportation. This not only goes for myself but my friends i have referred there as well, very honest place of business.

Avoid this place at all cost... My wife went in there for a repair and they charged her $92 to change out lug nuts. Most places would do it for free or charge a couple of bucks, but because she didnt understand the extent of what needed to be replaced and she was a female, this place took advantage and charged her an unfair amount. Usually you expect honest service from a local place but not here, avoid the headache and go somewhere else...

Since moving to White Lake 2 years ago I have had two tire repairs and just recently had a set of 4 new tires put on my wifes vehicle. Not only were the lowest quote of 4 different places I called, they were by far the most courteous and helpful. This place has been around for many years and I can see why. Not sure why anyone would go to a big name place like Belle or Discount when you can get better prices and better service here.

I havent had them do anything complicated as I do most of my own service, except tires. They have mounted and balanced a couple of sets for the familys cars, always withing a reasonable time, and at a fair price. Go in not expecting the moon and stars and you will be satisfied.

Dont try to oversell. Took vehicle in for inspection on breaks, turned out I had an oil leak. They inspected my brakes and showed me the oil leak. Good service.

My father lost power to his breaks on the way to the SOS office.these guys were on the way and had it repaired within a couple hours that day.
