they installed my balance shaft belt wrong, so my car shaked crazy. But they did not admit and told me nothing is wrong since scanning tool did not show error code (idiot, since there is no sensor in balance shaft, even you remove the whole balance shaft system, engine wont know itself.) Then they loosened up the cover and called me after I pointed balance shaft system wrong. But before I arrived, they closed the cover and put everything together. Although I think they time the b/s belt correctly and tensioner force is too high. Now, I have a noisy car due to higher tension torque in the tensioner of the b/s system. Whats more, my transmission starts to leak. After my check, I found they support the transmission in stead of oil pan when loosen the engine mount. That dameges the trans seal. I guess I have to pay them full and get out as quick as possible. Since no matter how hard I can explain, they just can not do it correctly. These folks can do some simple jobs like brakes and lub oil, not timing belt job (sounds ridiculors? timging belt for me is a simple job. If I got one day free time, I can do it myself).

Wednesday they inform me they cannot install a muffler becuase their welder is broke. Thursday morning I call and they havent gone to Pontiac to pick up the welder part yet. Thursday afternoon I call and same story. Later Thursday afternoon they picked up the part but dont have time to install the muffler. They told me to bring it in Saturday. Saturday 7:45am, I drop off the truck and tell them i need it back by noon. No problem, Im told. 11:15am, I drive by and see my vehicle hasnt moved, I call them and "its next in line." I call back at 1:30pm, and they havent brought it in yet to work on it. Im told it is next in line and probably wont be done today. I told them not to touch the vehicle, Ill take it to Olaris in Milford where professionals can work on it. A red flag should have gone up after they told me their welder was broken and they needed a part from Pontiac... really a muffler shop that only has 1 welder. That is like a bank not being able to process your deposit because its pencil broke. Nonsensical. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND this facility.

Told me they were too busy to dismount my tires same day but could do it first thing in the morning. I came in as soon as they opened and they had the tires off the wheels in under 45min for a reasonable price. During that 45min I got to watch Brian (Bryan?) interact with many other customers and was amazed at the level of respect and the integrity he had with each customer. This is the kind of auto repair shop that I wouldnt hesitate to send my grandmother to.

They are a RIP OFF!!! They will take you for a ride if you are naive or do not know cars. Outrageous when I seen what they charged my girlfriend. They took advantage plane and simple. $300 for the same part at an auto parts store (not AAA pricing like they get either) that cost $75. Not bad return on investment when you can take a sucker for a ride and make 350% profit. I will spread the word on how despicable they are at Milfords Tuffy!!!!!!!

Most professional car repair shop i have ever been to! You cant get any better service!!! I Will never go anywhere else! From now on Bryan can take care of my wifes car and mine!! Its a family owned business and you can not hardly find a place were the owner is completely honest as well as his workers!!! They do phenomenal work for a reasonable and cheap price! Fantastic experience, Im a 22 year old single mom and I brought my car in for an inspection and finding out everything that was wrong with it instantly brought me to tears I wasnt sure what I was gonna do but Im lucky to have brought it into such an understanding place because they worked with me on pricing and a time to bring it in. Brian and his team have long worked on my Chrysler 300C with excellent results. Recently had an issue with my BMW X5, I usually take it to a dealership (can be a difficult car to work on). Took it Brians shop and the repairs were performed (water pump) to my 100% satisfaction. I factually know I saved better than $300.00 through his shop.

Cant speak for other "Tuffys," but since I started working in Milford aread Ive gotton brake jobs, shocks and struts, and tires from this place. Im always impressed with their service. Even though I still call around for prices I always find that they are competitive.

I cant say enough good things about this shop. The work they did on my exhaust was top notch, reasonably priced, and quick. Employees were very friendly and easy to work with. Five star service!!!
