Very prompt, excellent, and kind service. I had an unexpected day off of work, decided to get my check engine light looked at. He looked at it right away and offered great advice. He showed , and explained the "code" to me. I told him I had similar work done by another shop a few months back. He looked at my receipt and explained to me what I was charged for and advised me to return my vehicle to the original shop, because it should be under warranty. Knowing little about cars, codes and so forth, I appreciated his time and honesty. I would definitely recommend Milford K/M Auto Center to anyone and will return for future business!!!!!

I have two experiences with these people. Both spectacular. My transmission sprung a leak while visiting parents here and they took it in and turned it around faster and cheaper than any dealer. Then, months later, I came back to town and, of course, vehicle was acting up. The shop was full and they said they could only look at it in a few days. Hours after I left, I get a call saying they have it fixed and ready to pick up. These people will defy your expectations, possibly on purpose, possibly because theyre just good people. If you can get your vehicle here, do it.

Every time ( and I have had several ) that I bring a car in to these great guys, they come in under the estimate and have more often helped me diagnose problems that I truly thought should have been something else. Very trustworthy, very honest, I will go nowhere else for as long as they are in business.

Its hard to find an auto center that is totally trustworthy and honest, but I have found one in K and M auto. Super friendly people, great quality workmanship. I will always return whenever I am in need to get my car fixed!!!

Excellent service and great work at a very reasonable price. Dr Bill and his team bent over backwards to get my 2015 Subaru WRX repaired correctly in a timely manner. Glad to have him in town!

Ive taken my car there several times. They are always upfront about repairs and cost. Prices are very reasonable and turnaround is great.
