I have truly come across the best customer service Ive ever experienced. First, One Stop Collision was recommended to me from my step-father who also had collision work done by Adam and his crew. My son was struck by another vehicle which caused major damage to my car, at the time of dealing with the police and having my car towed, I had to make a quick decision to where I wanted my car to go. However, as I mentioned above, my step-father recommended this shop, I didnt really know what I was getting into, so I immediately went to the website, actually I went to look up the location and started reading the reviews. After reading the first 10 reviews, I was astonished and knew then Ive made the right decision. Three days after the accident, I was scheduled to go into the hospital for surgery, everything went as planned, that same day my insurance company delivered my car. Erin called to let me know they received my car, not only was she concerned about receiving my business but of my health as well. Erin called and checked on me several times. I thought that was the most heartfelt thing any stranger could go. (Thank you Erin, that really meant a lot to me). Adam and Erin kept me updated on the progress of the car, which was a plus. Adam helped with my deductible. (Thank you so much Adam). I was kept in the loop with everything regarding my car. Today October 7, 2014, Adam called to let me know my car was ready, when I arrived, I couldnt believe my eyes, my car looked brand new. I cant express enough gratitude and appreciation I have for such a job well done. Im so grateful to have come across such loving and caring people that are actually a lot of help to you then you are to them. ONE STOP COLLISION COMES HIGHLY RECOMMENDED...... I will continue to use this place for all my vehicle maintenance needs. Let me start by saying I wanted to give this shop a 7 star because being and your first accident is a scary experience a experience that sent me into a full blown panic attack that I could not get out of without my husband. Feeling hopeless and sad inside I did not know what to do a lot of people see a woman come in their shop and want to take advantage of them so I was very scared to come to any collision shop when I called one stop collision The guy on the phone reassured me that my car will be fine to just come in.Pulling up I did not know what to think this little shop was going to take care of my vehicle is what I was thinking but the guy came out and looked over my vehicle gave me an estimate of how much it will cost and boy was I surprised he did not look at me as a female but as a customer giving him my vehicle was hard hoping he would take care of it he told me it will take no longer than a week looking at my vehicle I was like yeah will see but my vehicle was done in less than a week I know that he did much more than what the estimate was because my vehicle is better now then before the accident I Will say with a full heart that one stop collision upgraded my vehicle This collision shop will be my very first choice in any future collision needs I will recommend to friends and family because they dont treat you like a customer but a family member Thanks again one stop collision for treating me like a family Jennifer Jones

I had a fender bender that messed up the front of my 2012 fiat 500. Did a little research and decided to One stop. They asked when it was convenient for me to bring it in, (which was immediately for me) and they got down to business. First of all, very friendly and did not make me feel like a "dumb girl" going to get her car fixed. A definite plus in my book. Second, very helpful in dealing with my insurance. They will pay part of your deductible or get you a loaner! Third, the car was fixed in the time period that they quoted. Not only that but they had noticed the beginnings of a crack in my windshield and asked if I wanted to repair that. The price they quoted was very reasonable so I had them fix that as well. Turns out that when I went to pick up the car, the windshield was actually more expensive than they had quoted but they only charged me for the quoted price. Third, they detailed my car for me. Nice touch. I like this shop a lot. I hope that I dont have to use a body shop again, but if I do, I will come back here. They are friendly, professional and do a great job.

I would love to give this company 5 stars, but I cannot. The service was excellent from the beginning, great customer service I have to say! My car looks amazing and you cant even tell that it ever had that horrible dent. However, I am disappointed and am only giving 4 stars because my car needed an alignment and for some reason, I was told that wasnt possible because I needed new tires. He then told me that I had to pay $120/pop for the tires and then he could do the alignment. I honestly never knew that you needed to have new tires to get an alignment, but not knowing any better, I said okay and left with my bald tires. The next day, I went to Belle Tire to purchase new tires and......he told me that you do not need new tires to get an alignment. So, I am not disappointed and I have a bad taste in my mouth about this collision shop. I could have got the alignment there, but.....now I am paying an additional $80 to get it done somewhere else. Like I said before, other than this, theyre great.

Awesome place! Very nice people and very good prices. We went to a previous collision shop that wanted to add all these extra charges and work we didnt need, but luckily we decided to go here for a second opinion. The first shop said we needed our inner wheel fenders modified, shaved down and welded, which totaled to $551. Going with our instincts, that didnt sound right, so we went to One Stop Collision and got the accurate estimate of work needed. All we need is 2 new inner wheel panels and with parts and labor, itll cost under $100. This shop is honest and doesnt try ripping you off. They actually work with you and are understanding about being cost effective and doing whats best and needed for your vehicle... Compared to some shops that like to add on extra costs and fixes that you dont even need. Today was my first time going there and I was impressed. I will definitely be back, if I happen to need anymore work done.

WOW. I will never go anywhere else, and will recommend this to anyone having car trouble. My car was pretty much toast after an accident, and my insurance was giving me a hard time for weeks. I gave 1 call to One Stop, and Adam and Christina had it figured out that day, leaving me completely satisfied with the outcome. They went above and beyond any customer service that I would have ever expected. Which is rare to find at a car place, lets be honest. He will do any and all insurance claims for you. He will make sure your car is 100% safe to drive. He fixed the body work perfectly- and drives like a champ. Runs and looks better than it did before the accident! Either him or Christina will personally call you throughout the whole process to let you know whats going on..I couldnt have asked for a better experience all around! DONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE! you will not go wrong coming here. thanks again guys!! so much appreciated.
