Brought my vehicle here to repair my front hub assembly (on Friday), I went home after I picked it up. The next day ( Saturday) I drove 5 miles down the road and my car started over heating. I brought it back and asked if maybe they had noticed anything, Matt said no, " my guys let me know if they see anything else wrong." Ok I went with it. Turns out the timing chain cover gasket was bad. I got it back later that evening. Immediately I noticed that when I turned my steering wheel in their lot that the power steering was very noisy. Told Matt he said we had to disconnect the PS pump to get to the timing chain cover. So it is an air pocket in the line and should work itself out. I left upset with this info because randomly my ps would go out for the first day... for a month I had a leak and was having to fill my ps reservoir. While out of town my PS went out and was just leaking any fluid as I would pour it in. I got home and took it to another shop where I had to replace my PS pump, because apparently the tube coming off the bottom of my PS pump was broke off and a hose attachment was GLUED in place ( Ive got the pics to prove it)... I thought your guys tell you when they see anything else wrong... Matt. Yea I never had issues with my PS prior to visiting TNT and I now know for certain that they broke the pump and didnt say anything. They are crooked and I would not recommended them to anyone.

I had a break problem come up out of nowhere and TNT responded with excellence. The guys stayed late to diagnose and resolve my problem because I was out of town. They took particular care to ensure everything necessary, and ONLY the necessary, was fixed before sending me on my way. Any other place would have sold me new brakes but these guys recognized a solvable problem and completed the job with the parts available. All in all, the customer service was excellent, the mechanical work was excellent, and Ill probably drive back down there to get future work done.

Took car in for clutch replacement and trans. Got the call it was done FOUR weeks later, they forgot to put the rear motor mount in, broke my mirror, stripped the passenger side hub, cracked my oil pan, exhaust leak near down pipes, cracked front bumper, cracked sideskirt, and claimed it never came in with an accessory belt. Absolutely unacceptable. Never ever should someone take their car here. Stay away.
