I have been going to Speedy since I moved back to Michigan 3 years ago. I needed some work done on my car and not knowing anyone in the neighborhood, I decided to go to Speedy...and I have been going there ever since! The entire staff there are WONDERFUL, PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY AND WILL ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS I HAVE. THE manager there is GREAT! He explains everything including what the work will cost BEFORE DOING IT. He often offers his customers a ride home if he knows their car will be in service for awhile and then, he picks up the customer and brings them back to the shop! I cannot say anything bad about them. The mechanics are on the ball and have your car in no time. I was told there was another place in town I could go to but, uh, uh, not me! Im sticking with Speedy. As far as Im concerned, theyre #1 in my book!

I went in to get a steering alignment done and saw that there was no difference in my steering after the alignment had been done. The mechanic and I test drove my jeep, and he even agreed that it didnt drive properly. I had went in 6 DIFFERENT TIMES after that incident, to have them correct the problem and they told me that "our mechanic is backed up with work" so I finally asked for my money back. They told me that a check would come in the mail within 2-6 weeks. It is now 5 months later and I have yet to receive my money. I have been calling these guys in an attempt to get some answers, and I only get lies in return. THESE GUYS ARE SCAM ARTISTS AND I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU STAY AWAY

Kevin the manager helped me out and explained the situation with my car while still being super nice and professional. One thing Kevin at Speedy does that no other mechanic has done for me, is taken me into the garage to show me the issue so i can see what needs to be done rather then simply take him at his word. Obviously this is the mark of an honest person who wants to not only help you get your car fixed with confidence, but also empower you with knowledge about your vehicle.

This is the BEST place to take your vehicle! I went to get my brakes checked because a very long trip I had to take the next day. Not only did they check my brakes, but they went above and beyond inspecting my whole vehicle so Id have safe travels! It ended up that I needed a new belt, and they did it the same day in just over the estimated time (because they had to wait for the part which isnt their fault). Fantastic people and fantastic service!

The crew here makes the drive worth it! They are efficient, honest, and wont let you leave without offering the very best service. My car needed a part that wasnt available in the shop, and instead of having to come back next week, Jim called for the part and it was there within the hour, and my car was fixed the same day. They do excellent work and actually listen to your concerns; I wouldnt trust anyone else with my car!

A big thank you to the guys at Speedy. With several vehicles, and some of them on the older side, I appreciate the service I receive. Only the repairs that I ask for are performed. No additional pressure to have anything else done. I also like that they keep me informed on what will need service soon. Speedy personnel are kind and courteous. I needed some repairs on my Ford Fusion. Called them in the morning, dropped the car off and they had it ready to go that afternoon. Quick service and the issue has been corrected. This was a few weeks ago and the car is running great. They also completed additional maintenance tasks that I needed to get done. Ill definitely go back for future vehicle service needs.

I had a light bulb out in my car and had stopped at a Goodyear on my way home from work. They would not use the bulb I had purchased and wanted 36.00 plus tax to change it. When I came in here, the man at the counter was so helpful and friendly . The service was wonderful and was only 10.00! Nice to know there are people who really are there to help.

Speedy is the place to go if you have a car problem, they are professional and will explains what needs to done and how much it will be PRIOR to having your work done, I go to the Livonia Plymouth rd location, I have a friend that I recommended and she just had her brakes done before her trip out of town recently..

I went for an oil change and they quoted me $500 worth of work needed to be done IMMEDIATELY on my car or my engine would fall out. they offered to accept post dated checks to pay for it. I went to get a second opinion and the work was completed for $250... they tried to take advantage of me because Im a female

I visited Speedy Auto Service in Livonia today to have a possible electrical issue checked, and to have a noise coming from my front end investigated. I was very pleased with my experience and will definitely have my car serviced there again. The manager and his staff were friendly, honest, and thorough!

Horrible customer service. We walked in an asked for a oil change, we had to wait one hour. I wasnt feeling good, so my mom asked the manager if she could be put on a list. He said we dont have a lists and gave us dirty looks. Very sexist towards females, never going there again

Went to get an oil change which ended in a $400 qoute about work needed to be done on my car. Went to a mechanic that then told me nothing was wrong and had no idea why they would tell me stuff needed to be fixed.

Most amazing customer service I have ever had in a mechanic. Not only told me what was fixable that day but also let me know what would need to be replace d6 months, to 5 years down the line. Amazing 5/5
