This auto shop replaced my engine. I am a female & is Very Satisfied with the results. My vehicle now runs & operates the way that it should. The Auto Service Manager was very detailed and thorough with the entire repair process, i.e. diagnostic, estimates, repair time (repaired within 48 hours.) test drive & recommendations, The Mechanic did an Outstanding Job replacing the engine and repairing other components on my vehicle as well. He was very courteous and took the time to show me my old parts that needed replaced. The service and repair jobs equal to Total Customer Service Satisfaction. I would Highly Recommend Advance Auto Services to anyone who is need of auto repairs.

I recommend Advance Auto to anyone who wants the up-most professional, accurate, reliable, informative & friendly service. I have been to these guys a great number of times with all types of different problems. They have never had much trouble treating any of them. They have gone out of their way for me so many times. This IS my shop. I also live in Canton. Ill always come the extra distance. I wrote an unfinished review 2 years ago. I give that review 5 stars. Took great care of my stratus and I.

Best customer service ever! The mechanics were very nice and friendly, and they were great at answering my questions, they explained the difference between new and used tires when it comes to quality and performance, the prices were very remarkable for the superior preformance of the parts that they use, and their work lasts. Honest and reliable would definitely recommend. Pros: Fast, Friendly, Informative, genuine, Positive Good Vibes.

My first experience was years ago in December, they took care of the issue just before closing time. Have come back again for service. Staff is knowledgeable, professional, repairs are to the customer satisfaction.

Over Priced! Not sure about their service but they quoted me DOUBLE what most other shops wanted for a simple tire service. So much for being a "hometown shop". $40 to mount/balance 1 tire? Really?

Beat the price of other shops and theyre really nice people to deal with on top of it. Ill definitely be taking my car back here if it needs anything else.
