Recently went to Firestone to have my brakes done. Since then I have been having problems pushing my peddle down because it just will not go down accompanied with loud sounds and vibrations. I took it back one week ago to have it looked at, they could not find anything. Today after having a close call in almost getting in a serious car accident due to not being able to press my brakes down I called firestone up again and told them what was going on. Jake seemed very concerned and understanding. He told me to bring it in so they can test drive it and try to find the problem. Although I did have a problem when I did take it in and felt the mechanic working on it didnt seem to understand I was bringing it back in for my safety because he was complaining how its gonna be a while and how he already looked at it the week before... I think some of the mechanics do need to remember customer safety should always be number one priority. Other than that I have to say I am satisfied with what has been done since then. When i went to pick it up at the end of the day(they again could not find the cause) I talked to the manager when i went inside, we had a very thorough talk about my truck and when and what seems to trigger the issue. He was very understanding and seemed to really want to fix the issue. We decided to leave the truck and he was going to work on it in the morning after talking with us about the issue. I still do not know what is causing this but I can definitely 100% say that they tried and are still trying to fix my issue and that the safety of there customers is a priorty and for that is why i edited my first review that was a one star to a four star review.

Took my car in first thing in the morning for an issue I just discovered. I was happy when they told me it would be done in one hour, two max. After 2 hours I had to call them. They said it wouldnt be done for another 4 hours. I really, really needed my car so that was unacceptable. I picked up my car and asked them why they gave me a time estimate that was so off. They said that they had people with appointments that they had take care of. I asked why they didnt give me a later time estimate since these were appointments and they knew in advance. I was told (by a very cocky individual), "how are we supposed to know who is coming in?". ??!!?? Ok, I guess they were thinking that there would be a no-show and they could get me in. I think this is a gamble that I need to make. Not them. They should have told me this up front so I could make this decision, not them. Thank goodness I found a place up the street that got me in right away. I could have taken the car there first thing in the morning instead of wasting two hours with this poorly run operation.

Omg!!! Be ready when you go in this shop please do your research on prices and OMG if you are a woman bring a dude. They will rip you off and they are so quick to lie. They charge 32.00 over what the dealer price on parts and when you check your reciept they have silly charges on there. They tried to charge me a enviromental price on service that did not require a special waste (oil, or big parts). Then when I confronted him about it he said, "thats how we make our money" What the hell, then to top it off the price they first estimated me changed it when I actually came back to pay for it. Yes the customer service man was so DAMN rude. I will never return to this firestone. They dont care about the customer only the $$$ I think I would rather go to the dealer and pay a arm and a leg at least ill know up front Im getting screwed.

took my truck in for a misfire they said it was lose connection with soark plug wire n pluged it back in n said i was good to go truck ran good for a month or so n did it again thought they would garentee ther work n took ot back n they charged me another 100$ n said it was a different spark plug wire was lose so itbwasnt the same issue (wouldnt u think they would go over all of them?) its ben less then a week n problem has started again so im done with this place im willing to pay anither shop since they would just come up with a technicality anyways of why i have to pay again

I would give it zero stars if I could!!!! This place sucks! Find anywhere else but here! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE customer service! They will tell you that they can get car done in few hours, tell you that you will for sure get it back that day! It's all LIES, because of there lies I had miss a whole day of work, and became stranded on the other side of town! Luckey for me I had friends to stay with! Lucky that I had someone to take my son to school! They really didn't care how their lies affected my life! Never go here!

Tim was the person that I dealt with. He was GREAT! His co-worker, Will, not so much. Tip for customer service: Make sure the customer is out of the building before you start talking negatively about them. You see...I was around the corner waiting for my ride after I had dropped my car off. That action alone will prevent me from ever coming there again. There are too many other places that are available and want my business.

Stay away. Ive given them a few chances and will never go back. They have never returned a call when asked to. Wait times are at least double what they estimate. The last visit for a new set of tires left my new wheels with excessive paint chipped off and several dings and gouges in the lips. One had very obvious damage and a leaking valve stem... they did not own up to their mistake. Do not go here.

Went in for an alignment, they couldnt finish by end of day after dropping off during lunch. Went for pick up (next day), got charged for an "alignment check" they stated that they corrected the alignment best they could. After removing wheels and inspecting tie rods. Absolutely nothing was done! They only moved the car the car. Not that I will never use Firestone, just never this one.

Worst place possible, USE AT OWN RISK. Just had car detailed the oil technician rubbed his hands all over the headliner and seats. They refused to pay for any of it and denied it. 2 days later my engine started making noises bec the tech had also taken the engine air filter out and replaced it improperly, causing particles to enter my engine, which nearly seized it entirely.

I didnt have a problem here at all. Everyone was very friendly, didnt try to push any unnecessary car services on me, and because I made an appointment, it was a very quick stop. My only complaint is its FREEZING in the waiting area. They left all the doors open and it was about 26F outside!
