I honestly love Orange Theory Grand Rapids more than I ever expected to. I had heard good things about the style of exercise, but the trainers and staff here make such a welcoming and supportive environment while still challenging me that I immediately felt comfortable to be in a class. The workouts are incredible and I can already see changes in my fitness after going for a month, which is what you want with something youre investing your time and money in. I love that its not a one size fits all approach, and that you can always check in with how youre doing with your heart rate to see how to adjust your intensity. The trainers are constantly moving to help with form, but in a way that feels helpful not critical, and all of them help me modify my workout for my bad knees and hips. I truly feel like Im getting a full workout in just an hour and am amazed at how addicting it is. Ive never loved working out before nor have I really known what to do in the gym to get the results I want, but it is like this place was made for me and now I keep adding more and more days to my plan because it does work so well. Just try it out, thats the best way to really understand what I mean, its worth it.

Orangetheory Fitness is unlike any workout I have ever done. I love how each day there is a new program; but all of the workouts are so comprehensive. Everyone is extremely attentive, they want you to feel comfortable - the front desk staff, the owner, and the coaches. The coaches are excellent motivators, but they also know their stuff too. Even when they are managing a full class they are quick to make individual adjustments so you get the most out of every exercise and avoid injury. This workout is not easy (I kind of thought it might get easier after doing it for 6 months) but it is accessible because you set your own pace and super addicting.

Orangetheory Fitness Grand Rapids is the best! Their staff is awesome and have built a community among the members. The trainers are top notch and very good at motivating and helping first timers. I recommend this to anyone looking for the best workout in Grand Rapids. Whether youre new to fitness or a veteran this is the place for you.

Was skeptical at first, but that was short-lived. Brent, Paige, and John do an amazing job of kicking your ass into shape. No one feels out of place, as everyone is just trying to make it through the hour long workout. If you havent tried it yet, give it a shot, you wont be sorry.

Orangetheory is what I look forward to day in and day out. The coaches are so motivating and being a person who never liked group fitness - this is a group workout that I love. The workouts are never the same and always challenging but, the best workout out there. Love OTF!!!

I love that its challenging at your own comfort level. Its not so much rep or weight oriented but by getting your HR into a certain level. Each individual will do the same exercises, but at their own comfort/fitness levels. I feel that is an extremely successful approach.
