My experience with boulevard auto over the last 6 years has been nothing but exceptional! These guys are very straight forward. They will always give you the best advice that they have to offer on any repair. Vern and Kurt are very honest mechanics. They have always run a very reliable and upstanding business. My father sent all of his auto repair needs for the last 20 years to Boulevard. Just recently they gave me some bad news on a break down that happened. Three out of four of my cylinders had lost compression. Kurt took the time to research all of my options and worked with me to decided what was best for me financially and practically. In the end I decided to purchase a new used vehicle. I have had countless used vehicles inspected at Boulevard Auto and many times they will find something wrong that I would not have found on my own. Then they take the time to chat with me on the pros and cons of purchasing the vehicle, even taking me back into the shop at times to show me what they found. I cannot begin to describe how often these guys have helped me out. If i could give them a better rating i would. That being said, be patient with Boulevard. They are genuinely great people, but they can be a little busy at times. Trust me, its worth the wait to know you are having reliable and trustworthy work done to your vehicle!!! No I do not know these guys outside of their business, but i will never go anywhere else for my auto repair needs

These guys could not be bothered with my phone calls seeking updates and critical details of what needs to be done to my car. I found them very rude. One of the guys was just plain aggressive and mean. The attitude I got from them was "just drop off you damned car, we call you when we get around to it, GOT IT! " They really do not understand the whole dont be nasty to your customer thing. I tried to talk to the owner about ... got a lecture about "if I spend my time talking to customers, I cant fix cars" I am a man who understand auto-mechanics, I cannot imagine what they do to women.... good luck sisters.

I have has so many issues with my vehicle, and the dealership I took it to kept wanting to rip me off on service I didnt even need. Took it here and they gave me honest feedback, completed the work in a very timely manner, and were kind enough to explain what needed to be done to my vehicle. They called me with updates during the day, and let me know when my car was finished. I will be taking my vehicles from here now on, and I recommend it to anyone that needs their vehicle looked at.

Great experience at Boulevard! We have older cars, so some repairs are a must and others can wait. Boulevard always explained all my options before deciding on what to do. They went above and beyond on all repairs and even caught a recall on my truck that was able to be repaired at the dealership for no cost to me. I love knowing that I am being treating fairly and that they are honest with what needs to be done.

The staff at Boulevard Auto are very intelligent and run their services with integrity and class. When I dropped my car off I was offered a car to use for the day. The repairs on my vehicle were done with high quality and in a timely manner. I highly recommend going to them with your automotive needs.

Just like to say that I paid 500 bucks to have them change my starter n batt in my car and the radio didnt work wen I picked it up and they seem Like they dont care and cant even take 10 mins to check it out customer service is crap I will not go back there
