Everyone at Woodham Firestone goes above and beyond. We have known the Woodham Family for over 30 years and have always taken our vehicles to get serviced at their location. Their friendly staff along with each of their dedicated employees have always been there for us going out of their way to provide quality service, fair pricing and amazing turn around times. Im bias because everyone their is like family to myself and our entire family. Their a true family ran business with real friendly service. While most small businesses seldom last three years the Woodham Firestone has been servicing customers for generations. Customers who live in and around Montgomery along with many who are passing through on their way to the beach. Locally owned and operated businesses are the heart and soul of our local economy. Theyre contributions to the health of our economy in the area are a vital part of the community. Their Woodhams and everyone of their employees take pride in their work and have always been silent contributors to so many in need throughout the years. Their employees and family members are a model for the local economic success and vitality of our community. The late Jim Woodham is dearly missed however he was a special individual who had a sincere passion for people, employees and a moral compass that more people should attempt to emulate. I personally know so many times where he went out of his way to help people in their time of need. Paying it forward without ever asking nor desiring to be recognized for his charitable work. Mr. Woodham instilled those same values in each of his family members and employees.

My first experience with Jim Woodhams business was on a Saturday afternoon when a tire blew out. No other tire/service center was open. I found this business in the phone book. They were to close in about half an hour before I called. Nonetheless, my car was towed in past closing time. If the crew was aggravated because it was the end of a work day, they didnt let it show. Matt, the son of the owner, took care of replacing the blown out tire with a spare. I was more moved when the work was done. I asked, "So what do I owe?" He said, "Nothing." Earlier in our conversation, I shared with Mr. Woodham that I needed new tires anyway and I would give them business since the center is located close to my workplace. Two weeks later, I called to let them know I was bringing the car in for the installation of new tires. I dont know if he really remembered me, but if he didnt, it was convincing that I could have been a regular patron. Now thats good old-fashioned customer service -- just showing appreciation. I would recommend Jim Woodhams to anyone seeking good customer service and consistent, quality work. By the way, they did some work on my wifes car a few months prior. For the first time, she didnt feel cheated or taken advantage of.

Woodham tires is that place you heard your grandparents talk about when you were a kid. This place is clean, friendly and honest. Matt Woodham is a man of integrity and genuinely cares about the people who walk through the door. He puts the customer and their needs first. I take all of my cars to Woodham tires and recommend this shop to anyone willing to listen to me rave about this place.

VERY honest and affordable. Went above and beyond to get us back on the road quickly and for a price lower than any where else around even when they had every opportunity to take advantage of our situation. Would recommend them to anyone in the Montgomery area for tires/repairs.
