I recently visited the Meineke store in Holland and by the end of my experience I was told "Sucks to be you", "Your a dick", "Are you stupid" and when one worker asked for the mileage, the other worker said "just put a number" and one of the employees stood up from his chair to yell and confront me as if he was going to start a fight....it goes without saying all of these instances reflect very poor professionalism. Furthermore, these comments stem from a problem in which I had approved a repair at $220 replacing only the linkage arms on my truck, when the workers actually replaced the lineage arms as well as the wiper motor. Initially I was calm and asked to be billed for only the parts I had approved, the workers called me stupid and tried to say you can only replace both, which per direction of GM directly, is certainly not a fact. They said they were only able to get the part from the dealership with a motor so they decided to replace both. If this were the only issue it would be one thing, but how I was treated was certainly unacceptable.

Made a appionitment for a oil change tryed too explain how to open the hood on my car too the front desk lady because they were going too need too open it and I had too make my own hood acesss for my vehicle , and she had a rude tone in her voice , when she replied too me.I waited for over 45 wached and waited for them too do my oil change. Anyways I pulled into meijer later that night ony too come too find out they didnt top any of my fluids as they were soupposed too . All of these things ultimately make me wonder if you even rotate peoples tires or do any of the things you claim too customers in our oil change packge deals. By the way pretty sure you didnt even change the oil filer. I am extremely enraged and will for sure not be comeing and haveing u guys provide any other service for me . Afterwards when mechanic parked and handed me my keys he said nothing too me about my old oil he changed or about the wear on my breaks or tires. Never told me if he adjusted my tire pressure or anything.

I love the people hear! And its cool they let you see whats going on when they do oil changes and such. They dont hesitate to tell you exactly what they think is going on.
