They got my car in fast even tho I knew they were very busy to give me an idea what the problem was ,and they did let me know it could have been the next day before getting a chance to check it out so leaving it there I was pleasantly surprised when that same evening they called told me the problem , the price to fix it ,how long it would take once parts arrived and everything went as they said it would , very happy with the work done.

Squirrels got under the hood of my F250 truck and ate the wiring . I had it towed to Tipton Ford to be repaired. Mike at the service department kept me informed on the progress so I didn"t get any surprises. The repair was finished in a very reasonable time. I am happy and pleased with Tipton Ford and always take my vehicles there.
