Very Unprofessional . I have a vehicle with parts I have already purchased Im just looking to have them installed . Called the older gentleman & asked how much he would charge for Labor Only . In which for my first car part he gave me an Logical Estimate . But once I inquired on my other car parts . He flat out just told me hes not interested in my business at all & hung up on me . Im driving from out of town trying to find a good mechanic to fix my vehicle the last thing I want to occur is rude people who dont have any intentions on fixing my car right . Let alone at all !

Honest and efficient place. Recently got a flat. Replaced the tire somewhere else, but a month later the new tire got flat again. I was worried the wheel was bent and damaged my new tire, so took it to Downtown Car Care. Two hours later they called and explained it was a minor problem (valve stem) and my wheel + tire were fine. Got my car back at noon and paid much less than replacing a wheel and tire.

Their location is convenient which is good but everything else was irritating. My car stunk like cigar smoke after an oil change, the prices they quoted for additional work were very high, and after I took it to my regular guy (located in an inconvenient location) he told me quite a bit of the things they said they needed to fix were unnecessary or not due yet. Ill stick with my trusted guy, I guess.

I made an appointment for 8:30 on a weekday. I stayed home from work to take my car in and when I arrived they told me they were too backlogged to take my car. No one called in advance to tell me this, so I stayed home from work for no reason. Dont waste your time at this extremely unprofessional place.

I love Bob. My father is a Master mechanic, 64 years young... bending wrenches for more than 40 years. Recently had a brake problem... Bob mirrored input of my father - pop is no longer able to work on my vehicle. Anyhow, after multiple phone calls and in person conversation, Im truly thankful for them!

Brought my car in because it was making a noise after a repair that I did myself. They found and fixed the problem for free since it was a quick thing. Ended up having them do another needed repair and was very happy with the results. Convenient location being downtown, will definitely go back.

This place over charged for parts and labor, ripped friends off on replacing parts that didnt need to be replaced, missing bolts from parts that they replaced, replaced Radiator Fan 15,000 and just over a year and the fan stopped working again. Do not go here unless you want to lose money.

They are honest and dependable. Ive used them over the years and always found that the service techs are top knots! a;ways a quote before starting the work and a good explanation of what the problem is mechanically. Ive never had any problems with them. I would recommend them to anyone.

I gave car to fix the overheating issue, they took 2 days and couldnt find the problem. Moreover they asked me to pay $200 for working on my car for 2 days. When I hesitated to pay that much, they started shouting at me in a rude manner. Very Unprofessional.
