Our family has been using local family owned Integrity Automotive’s services for well over a decade at least. They are always honest, dependable, professional, kind and caring providers. A business cannot go wrong acting with integrity and treating the customer with respect, which is exactly what they do, hence the name which they definitely personify. They will investigate the source of the problem, explain options clearly and in detail, plus let the customer know what can be delayed and what is necessary for safe operation of the vehicle. They are upfront about costs. For those like me who hold onto a car until the bitter end, such reliable advice is crucial. Its easy to make an appointment, either online or by calling and talking to lovely folks in person who are truly solicitous and sincerely interested in assisting you. In a recent interaction, I actually stopped by unannounced needing emergency service on a tire that had gone flat due to a nail. They helped me so that I could get to work on time. Their customer appreciation and excellent service is reminiscent of times gone by. As a widow, I value such help and expertise. So ladies, (and gentlemen) know that here is a business you can trust. For example, in July of 2012 I had liquid leaking from the car onto the garage floor. They got me in quickly and found the issue to be leaking power steering fluid. As I mentioned in a 2012 Angie’s List review, the replacement parts alone were going to be $900, so they used their creativity and extensive experience to fix my car for only $143 plus $39 in labor. I have used their services frequently and have posted often to Angies List. Integrity Autos service is personable with the customers best interest at heart. They always strive to do the repairs safely but at the lowest cost to the customer. This use of know-how to serve the client can be contrasted to other organizations where immediate profit is the driver. Good service builds trust and repeat business which is why Ill always be back. I am grateful for Integrity Auto.

After being informed by a national chain that we needed a new engine ($7100), we got a second opinion from Integrity. The news was much better received that we needed an intake manifold only. An expensive fix for sure, but about 1/6th of what we were looking at. Their repair was solid. Unfortunately, 700 miles from home on a Sunday, the engine coolant spewed onto the pavement. This resulted in a tow, 2 nites in a hotel and a $260 repair at a dealership. All because a clamp on a radiator hose had not been locked during the manifold repair. To my mind this was a simple oversight with consequences beyond the mistake. After interviewing the mechanic, Integrity admitted their culpability, reimbursed us for the out of state repairs, and threw in a free oil change. As far as Im concerned, thats integrity and I intend to return to their shop.

So, I took my BMW there because it was leaking oil, like the older ones do. I thought, I like the idea of integrity, why not give it a shot. They called me back and told me what they thought the problem was. Funny thing was, the place I bought the car from had already fixed that problem. The place I bought the car from fixed the oil leak for $100 and sighted their conclusions as erroneous. I say that to say this, they tried to play me by referencing a common problem that 99% of people wouldnt have been in the situation to get a second opinion on that would have cost, in my estimation, perhaps $1000 more to fix. Needless to say, after confronting them about this, they returned the charge for the inspection...wonder why they did that? :)

Took my Titan to them about a year ago on the recommendation of a friend. Got a quote in line with one I received from a dealership. I let Integrity do the job. Final bill was significantly higher than the quote due to "shop materials." This was for a relatively simple EC solenoid replacement. While most dealerships add this same "extra profit" it is usually included in the estimate and generally does not exceed $10-15. I am not sure about the integrity at "Integrity."

You will not find a better level of service than Integrity Automotive. Im extremely protective of my car and would prefer to do everything myself. But when I cant, these guys are the only mechanics I trust 100%. Fair prices, outstanding quality of work, and no gouging. Theyll tell you whats good for you instead of trying to tack on unneeded charges. J.R. is especially helpful. I will bring my car back time and time again and recommend to everybody they do the same.

Integrity Automotive is, by far, the best automotive service shop I have ever done business with. The "service-first" attitude makes for a no-pressure experience that you wont find at other automotive repair shops. I take both of my vehicles to Integrity for all of my service needs, and they deserve it. Integrity has given me reason to have high expectations when I go there, and they still meet or exceed those expectations every time. I highly recommend this shop!

The people at Integrity Automotive have proven their competency and trustworthiness over and over again throughout the past ten years that Ive known them. I am one to be very cautious about mechanic shops, but I have no trouble paying Integrity Automotive what I owe them for their services because I know I can trust them. And when I drive off their lot I know my vehicle has received the best care. Its a great feeling!

Have been to Integrity at least 9 times and have always been very impressed with the work they have done on my car and quality of customer service and friendliness of staff. I love the family feel I experience whenever I come in the door and the fact that I never feel like just another customer. I can always trust the technicians judgments and know that they will never overcharge me or be dishonest in any way.

Was in the process of purchasing a truck. I dont have a mechanic that I could trust to look over the truck before purchasing. I called and they were able to take some time to check over the truck and gave me honest advice. I have purchased the truck and I will be coming to them for any fixes in the future. Everyone was professional and was extremely polite!

They caused a lot of inconvenience by forgetting to put my key in the car after they were done with it, so I wasted a lot of time driving back and forth between my house and the shop (20+ min one way). They didnt give me any kind of refund, and they are also very expensive. Dont think Ill be going back in spite of their great reputation.

We had a problem with our suspension. It was very difficult to diagnose, they stuck with it and found the problem. They repaired correctly, quickly and for a fair price. They went above and beyond to take care the problem and of us. We always take all of our vehicles to Integrity Automotive. Everyone there does a great job! Thanks Bob
