I will never take my BMW M3 anywhere else. I was impressed from my first call until after I paid. Let me explain. I have a car that has sentimental value as it belonged to my deceased brother. My other brother and I do almost all the work on it, but recently wanted to get some help on a supercharger we had reinstalled after a refurbishment on hoses and clamps. I called and spoke with Dan. I am also a business owner myself and know good customer service when I see it. Dan did not try and sell my anything. He was all knowledge. He sold me on the fact that he truly wanted to help me get the car function at its top performance. He went above and beyond my expectation and I never felt uneasy or worried that he may do more damage to my car as I am with some people. From the moment I drove up to drop off My M3 until I picked it up the communication was excellent. Dan is one of the few people I have encountered that truly knows what it means to take care of a customer. Even after I had paid, he took an extra ten minutes to tell me about some of the stuff he did so I understood. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY NEEDING WORK DONE ON ANY VEHICLE.

I just moved down to Indianapolis and needed to find a reliable shop to work on my BMW. I found them online and called them about a week before taking my car in. Over the phone they were very helpful and gave me a possible diagnosis and estimate before bringing the car in. I have a 2006 BMW x3 that had a vacuum leak. I brought the car in on a Tuesday night about an hour before the shop closed. I didnt expect them to look at the car until the morning. An hour later I received a call with the diagnosis and was told they had the part and would install it in the morning. Wednesday morning just before noon I received a call the car was complete. 100% I would recommend them, they are great getting you in and out and dont BS you trying to get extras out of you! I plan on bringing it back for future issues. Thanks guys!

Very honest company to do business with! They treat you right and dont try to take advantage of you! My car wouldnt start without a jump so I took it to the place where I bought the battery less than 2 years ago, they told me the problem was the battery sensor and not the battery, they also told me my battery was out of warranty. I took it to Ress Motor Works and advised what the other shop told me, Dan told me it wasnt the sensor it was the battery, and he also told me the battery should still be under warranty. I contacted the battery company and Dan was right, it was still under warranty and the problem was the battery. Ress Motor Works saved me a lot of money and time. I will be taking my vehicle to them for all my service needs from now on!

It was an amazing experience. I own a m3 e46 and it was making a weird noise under the hood. They said that it was a vanos issue but there was no way to know until they could break the engine apart and check. It was quoted for 2000 bucks. I got a call today and I was told that the noise was a conpletelly different issue and that the repair cost was going to be way lower than what I was previously quoted so my car was ready to pick up today.. I just like how honest they were and how fast the job was done. I highly recommend this place to anyone who owns a m3

I brought in a Mini I wanted to buy from a Craigslist posting to have it inspected. They performed a thorough two hour inspection, listed every flaw major and minor, and took the time to walk through each item on the list to me. They showed great care and consideration to a first-time customer, even knowing I might not buy the car and thus have no reason to come back. Price was a bit higher than expected, but you completely get what you pay for.

Always a better option than the dealer. I compared prices on various services for two different BMWs for a while and it did not take long to realize that Ress was always more reasonably priced, couple that with the fact that they really know their stuff and it does not make sense to go anywhere else.

I drive a 1995 m3 and being that this is an import shop I thought they would take care of my repairs . However since my car is older I was told they wouldnt work on it. Not everyone drives a brand new car , if your car is older dont even bother.
