UPDATE BELOW! If you have any sort of self respect for your vehicle and property I would strongly recommend finding another shop... I went in for a diganostic for my car and was immediately charged for services I could have performed my self. Bottom line they fixed my main problem but didnt bother fixing the other stuff I was asking they look at as well. However they were nice enough to take my 60$ hoodie out my back seat that I had forgottn and put it in the front seat and put the greasy parts on it. Left a voicemail and have yet to hear back from them... If they really do claim to have strong christian values as there cheesy phone holding message says they would call me back and confront these issues. I would take this review into strong consideration if needing to take your car in for service. **********Update******* I went ahead and changed my review from 1 star to 2. Keith had contacted me and expressed his concerns about the issues I was having. He apologized for the parts that were left on my hoodie sweatshirt and said there was no excuse for that and that the shop had rags and boxes they could have used to put the parts in. He also offered to have me come back and have them look at my squealing issue with my left front wheel and fix it for free. I will update once I get some time to drop it off. UPDATE TO UPDATE!! And back to a 1 star I took it back in because an air bubble had made its way into the clutch hose system they warranted that and did it for free however Keith did not honor the free work with the squealing issue he ended up charging me another $90 Im over it I just wanted my car back I paid the money and took the keys and got the heck out of there. I would not recommend this place they are a little bit more expensive then other places I have come to find out and they will just start doing work right away unless you tell them not to during a diagnostic.

I took my vehicle to Miller Auto Care on 3-9-17 to have a mechanical diagnosis from a local competitor confirmed, and to get another repair estimate. I left my vehicle overnight so that they could look at it first thing in the morning. I received a call from Miller Auto Care mid-morning, they confirmed the mechanical diagnosis and presented me with two repair estimates based on two different scenarios (which they explained), one being a contingency. They emailed me both estimates as I requested, both estimates were detailed and reasonable in price. I authorized them to perform the work, the repairs were completed ahead of schedule, and satisfactorily. There was some additional work that needed to be done, but that was communicated to me prior to the work being performed. I would not hesitate to use Miller Auto Care again. I used Miller Auto Care after receiving a recommendation from a friend that recently had a similar vehicle repair done there.

Ive used this facility twice to install new tires on my vehicle. Both times they were very nice and friendly. I wouldnt say it was the fastest service but I will not complain since Im more concerned with the quality of the work performed which was actually great. I definitely plan on going back to them next time my car needs some work done.

Excellent auto center. Ive taken my cars here for over 2 years now and been very happy with all their work. The couple of times Ive gotten second opinions the other shops confirm what Millers has told me. Millers has quoted me work for at or below what other places charge. The staff are very friendly and courteous.

These guys know their stuff, top mechanics in Indy by far! I have owned several cars over the last 50 years and you cant touch the experience of this shop, fantastic customer service, and again best mechanics ive ever come across. Thanks guys
