First Ive ever wrote a review, but Id like ot save someone the hassle I went through. Against my better judgement, I took my BMW to tires plus for an oil change. I asked them ahead of time and they said no problem, they do BMWs all the time. I thought if I could save 80 dollars on an oil change, lets see how they do. To begin with, I made an appointment and it still took over two hours. I then took the car home and left it until I drove to work the next morning. At which point the oil light and the service engine light came on. I called tires plus and they had me take the car to the closest firestone location, where they discovered they oil plug was not securley put back in place, allowing the majority of the oil to leak out. I could continue to go on, but long story short. Involved two more visits to shops before the service engine light would go out. They did refund my money for the oil change

Joe at Tires Plus made every effort to screw me over. Dropped off the car at 8:30am... Called them back at 11am to see what the status was. Said it would be done by noon. They called me back at 11:15am said that the screw was too close to the sidewall, and I would need a new $400 tire. Okay, maybe. Then, Joseph said he had checked the tread depth and would recommend I go ahead a get all new tires because the tread depth was low and, because the four wheel drive I had, it would be a good idea. What Joe didnt appreciate is that the tread on my tires is perfectly fine because I purchased the tires 60 days ago elsewhere... I asked for my keys, and left. Went down the road to Discount Tire. They plugged the hole for $20, then offered to refund my $20 because it took more than the 30 minutes promised. Nice work Joe, wont be going back to Tires Plus.

Deceptive business practices. My son was quoted an inflated price on two new tires for his car. When I requested they offer a more competitive price, they said they would adjust it. What they didnt tell me was that they removed the road warranty, which I wouldnt have agreed to. A week later, one of the new tires develops a bubble on the side. We take it in and they say, sorry, but you didnt purchase the warranty. The discussion got very heated from that point...and they even tried to say they told me they were going to remove the warranty...which they did not. Suffice it to say, I will never take my business there again. I will stay with Discount Tire.

DO NOT GO TO TIRES PlUS CARMEL!!!!! I got my oil changed and on the way home my car broke down in the most dangerous area of Indianapolis. I brought it to a mechanic and he said they didnt even change the oil. I got charged $29.00 to break down. I called the store the next day and they defended themselves and refused to work with me. 0 integrity and they went as far by saying we are a billion dollar company and your attorney wont do anything. Dont go to tires plus carmel do not go to tires plus carmel!!!

I went in for my AC to be fixed on a Thursday. A part needed to be ordered and I was told that I would get a call the next day for more information. That call never came. I ended up calling them the next week and getting said info. I go back in after the part is in and now they cant fix it because that part isnt the problem. Now I have to go somewhere else to start this process all over again. I gave one extra star because at least I got my money back.

I came in for an oil change. A coupon for $19.99 that ended up costing $33, somehow. They did not top off my fluids. They quoted me $60 for ONE tire. Also quoted about $150 to replace a serpentine belt that, as I later found out, did not need to be replaced at all. Oh, and then they managed to drain my battery during the time I was there, requiring a jump. The only time Ive needed a jump, by the way.

purchase tires from noblesville and tire replacement plan. Had a flat 13 months later. They charged me for that tire. They made my wife take the tire to the car. The poorest service around. I will never go back. When my wife asked about what was wrong with tire, they replied we couldnt find anything. I thing it was a big scam.

Tires Plus on Rangeline is an OK place. I have been taking cars there for years. For me a matter of convenience. But I do get tired of the excessive sales practices, and repairs recommended that may not be needed at all. Friendliness of staff is on the higher end. Industry standard prices and with generally good service.

Dustin is awesome!! Such a nice guy. My tire was going flat slowly and then quicker. I was in my way to work and worried about going our out to my car after work and it being flat. I called and dustin got me right in before work, itbwas hustbmy rim bent so it was free and I made it to work only 30 min late!

Everytime I take my car there for anything they manage to screw something up! Total incompetence and frequent turnover of employees. I always regret it when be give them another chance. I finally switched to Big O Tires

pretty sure I was way over charged for the service. Took over an hour longer and then on the bill they charged me an extra 50 something cents just to round off the dollar. First time there and wont be going back
