If you have any problems with laptops, phones, computer, any tech problems at all; go here!!! They charge $50 straight up for the initial assessment for pretty much any problem, then after they identify the problem which at the latest will take 3 days, they will tell you your options amd the costs, with the initial $50 going towards whatever the cost is. For me, my laptops hardrive was failing so they assessed it in 2 days and then told me I could either get a new hard drive installed for $227 or do a data recovery with a new harddrive for about $350. At forst I thought this was expensive but after checking what other places would do, this place actually charges about $100-300 less than anywhere else. I got my laptop back within a week and then when I got there they told me they took a look at the failing harddrive and got it to work and got 99% of the data off of it, no extra charge. So I was ecstatic that they did that for me and they gave me the original hard drive, thinking that I would have to transfer over the data myself. I got home and opened up my laptop and was absolutely thrilled and surprised to see that they already transfered my data over for me! They even put the two documents that they knew I was worries most about front and center on the home screen. So I got a new hard drive amd a data recovery for a total of $227 when anywhere else I would have paid around $400. Amazing customer service, they work super fast, super friendly, and they are experts at what they do. This place is the absolute best. Go here even if you dont have a tech problem :)

I recently worked with Geek Easy for some on-site network/computer assistance in South Haven, Michigan. After some scheduling confusion (on our side), Nate showed up on time and ready to tackle issues we had with our network and printers. Nate had to deal with my disembodied voice calling from Minnesota, as I help support a family members small business from afar. Nate had great communication and technical skills and kept a calm demeanor the entire time. They normally dont work on-site so far away from Kalamazoo, but they worked out some appropriate pricing to accommodate us. I never received a "sorry, sir, we cant do that" but instead was given options. Payment was completed same day with no hassle. Kudos to Geek-Easy, especially if you need a solution for something a little off the beaten path from your typical virus-infected laptops.

I had my computer in the IT department at work for a week. I told them what had happened and they were clueless. I called Geek Easy and talked with them about what my computer was doing. They made a guess and said to bring it in. I walked in and was greeted with Top Notch Customer Service. Very friendly and Professional. I dropped it off at 1:00 pm and jokingly said I would pick it up at 4. I am inpatient and called them an hour later to see if they had a chance to look at it. With in a few minutes they called back with a diagnosis and quote. They had guessed the problem right!!! Problem solved. They had it fixed by 4:00 pm. They were fast, very reasonable, friendly, and very Knowledgeable!! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE!! Geek Easy is my Favorite Kalamazoo Business!!!!! Very happy!!

I have been a customer of Geek Easy for about 4 years. My main contact has been Nate Welling from the start when I talked to them about building a screaming system which they did in spades!!! After the fact and to this day, any questions or issues I had; they were always so willing and able to help. I have sent quite a few others to them for their computer builds or service and everyone without exception has been taken care of with the utmost quality of service and professionalism. These guys not only care, but have the knowledge and skill to do anything possible in the computer realm from the smallest repair to being your companies IT department. I just want to commend the Geek Easy staff. They are always personable. Their fees reasonable. I was especially pleased with the service I received today over the phone. I did not even have to bring my Canon PIXMA MP210 printer in. Pete helped me solve over the phone & by email the problem I was having with it. Yesterday, after checking with another local repair facility, then online, then with the manufacturer (which only told me I had to send it up to Grand Rapids to the Canon authorized service center) & several hours of trying on my own, today with Petes instruction I was able to clear the error message on my printer and thereby avoid shut down of my printer. I should have contacted Geek Easy first!!

Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. My 6 year old, custom built Window/PC gaming/editing rig died last fall. I dropped it off with these guys after a conversation or two. Even after I sourced some components, they had it back to me in less than a week. Very fair pricing, and very fast, they took care of me. Seemed like quality workmanship- but wanted to give it time before rating/reviewing. Several months later- everything is still golden and most components are the same I installed 6 years ago. If I ever have any problems with my PCs, I will be bringing them here. Definitely recommend for quality repairs or builds.

I recommend that you work on your customer service. The majority of people arent computer wizards, so I am sorry if you hear the same kinds of questions everyday. When I described my problem and asked the gentleman on the phone if he had ever heard anything like this or had any ideas of what could be wrong, his response was something like, "You wouldnt go to the doctor and just say that your head hurts and expect them to know why." Sure thing dude. I am sure they are great at what they do; dozens of Google and Facebook reviews claim so ... but I will go somewhere else.

I recommend Geek Easy Computers for all your fixing needs. I thought my drivers were bad, but upon further inspection it seems my hard drive was fried. Geek Easy got back to me in record time (48 hours) and had a full list of prices/recommendations for a new hard drive that was compatible with my laptop. Within a week, my laptop went from junk to hunk due to the diligence of Geek Easy and the supportive staff. Without Silvano I would have been up a creek! These guys (and ladies) are fast, cheaper, and more professional then other places that have Geek in the title.

I must admit that most times when I have needed service from different establishments, I get what THEY want me to get, and not what I ask for. Thankfully, the staff at Geek Easy Computers gave me what I asked for and went further to provide me with excellent communication, service to my computer, and advice that was spot on. The staff at Geek Easy Computers LISTENED TO ME, and did not talk down to me. This was a pleasant experience on many levels. The bill was way below what I thought it would be, with no hidden costs. These guys replaced my 15" screen on my old G4 Powerbook. Guys are pros and did an excellent job, I was looking at doing it my self online and just buying the part alone was breaking my bank. These guys did a great job they salvaged a screen from a broken laptop and the turn around time was excellent. I cant really say enough nice things about them, they also built a computer for my Dad after that which has been running like a champ now for over a year. In general really friendly and easy to talk to, always willing and able to help, my go to shop.
