Not every repair goes as easy as you would like. I broke the glass on my ipad air 2. Jasen replaced it and I took it home and it cracked again that afternoon. I returned it to Jasen he repaired it then the glass cracked again on him. Now the 3rd glass installation and we are back in business. When things go great everyone is a 5 star service center. When things dont go like you would want and you have to replace glass 3 times for one repair, you can see the character of a business. Repair Ninja, Jasen. followed through with out frustration or complaining. Great job Ninja, I will be happy to use you again and refer my friends.

They always get the right part I need and at a price better I could order online. They service what they sell and offer warranties on laptops/tablets that they refurbish. WIN-WIN Situation!!! I had a great experience here. The "ninja" was super fast and did a great job! The prices are very reasonable considering I paid 50 dollars more when I had my screen repaired in Nashville! And, for no extra cost, he fixed my "home" button that the previous place had messed up! I really hope I dont have to visit the Ninja again soon, but if I find myself with spider glass again I will definitely go back to him!!

While the customer service was great and I felt kept in the loop at all points in time during my computers diagnosis and repair, I feel that positive point was overshadowed by the turn around time. From start to finish, it took 8 days to diagnose and replace a damaged HDD and re-install an OS, and included the loss of all personal information on the HDD despite it functioning at drop off.

Ive used The Laptop Geeks twice now. Once for a new battery and charger for my laptop, and then for a new motherboard and power supply for my desktop computer. When I first broke the glass in my iphone 5c, I sent it to Apple. Probably 4 weeks later I got it back after paying 130+ dollars. The Computer Doctor did it the second time in Sparta, and it cost the same and it took over a month to get it back. The Ninja did it for about 90 dollars and I had it back in three hours! Theyve got my business!

Great guy working there. Did a free diagnosis. Asked me what I use my computer for(gaming, heavy, or light use). And gave me a few options to repair my desktop based on my needs. Didnt try to sell me stuff I really didnt need. Great experience all in all. I wouldnt hesitate to go back to him for any of my computer repair needs.
