We have utilized the Computer Guild since shortly after they opened on Drake Rd. Now they have a few different locations in Kalamazoo and Portage. They are polite, patient, and professional. The service is affordable and the advice, reliable. They have not only fixed what was wrong, but also guided our purchases in terms of quality without "breaking the bank". We trust them implicitly. Basam was our first contact all those years ago bringing clarity to a world of confusion for us, and since then I have found both Eric and Faddy to be extremely helpful in explanations despite my lack of technical understanding. Thank you, Computer Guild, for your integrity, service and presence here in Kalamazoo!

This is the first time Ive ever written a review but these guys deserve all the praise in the world. Im in love with this computer shop. they know what theyre doing and the customer service is actually genuine. They walk you through everything and actually care about fixing your laptop and how to help you specifically. I have never seen a better computer shop and its by far the best thing especially compared to best buy where the smiles are fake and the actually diagnoses is well nonexistant. Here they treat you like youre a person. <3 best ever.

I had talked and taken my computer to a couple other places and didnt get anywhere near the knowledge and assistance that I was given at The Computer Guild. My custom built computer went black on me out of nowhere one day and would not boot up. Computer Guild had it for a week running all kinds of diagnostics on it to isolate the source of the problem (which they did), and when I got my computer back, I knew what to do, and the bill was only $25! These guys were friendly, communicative, and knowledgeable. Ill definitely use them again.

My boyfriend used these guys, they charged him way too much and actually installed fake software into his computer. There are hidden viruses everywhere that he cannot get rid of and all of them were added the day he took the computer to these people. It is absolute bullshit. His computer is so messed up hes going to end up having to get a new one and that was an 800 dollar computer.

This is the first review Ive ever posted.....because Eric was sooo helpful. I took in a tablet that wouldnt come on and he gave me several suggestions. None included "leave it here and Ill look at it later". (For a fee) my tablet works fine now and I appreciate that he didnt use my computer ignorance to make money! I will recommend them to everyone I know.

I fell with my computer in my backpack and the metal by the power button completely bent up, I couldnt turn my computer on. But then I took it in and Eric was super helpful and considerate and then gently shaped the metal back into place and my laptop is now happy and healthy! And since it was a quick fix, he didnt charge. Highly recommend!!!

Had a great experience all around. The team was willing to analyze my current setup and give their expert opinion, FOR FREE. They are top notch hardware specialists. Dont send your computer away for 6-8 weeks. Take your rig up to The Computer Guild and they will get you up and running faster than Sunday biscuits and gravy.

Not only have they done phenomenal work in the past fixing my hard drive, the owner hooked me up with thermal paste for free, which I couldnt find anywhere else. On top of all of this, he didnt even call me a scrub when I forgot to put the back plate on. WINNERS IN MY BOOK!!! GIVE THEM YO MONEY.

The customer service was excellent. Turnaround time Im getting my computer back was very good. The technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be bringing my other laptops to them for service. The pice was very reasonable and they solved all my issues with my laptop.

Had a short circuit on my charging input, it cost $145 to fix. They broke the hinge claiming it was already like that before they took it apart. 3 months later the charging input is broken again, and when I call they say they wouldnt replace it unless i pay another $145.
