I have a wholesale supply business and was looking for a computer company that could take care of all our IT needs, from server to workstation to onsite computer repairs. All of our equipment was old and i went to best buy and they sold me some computers and when i ask about repairs, they said they dont do repairs on old computer and recommended i try a local computer repair company and said there were two near by, Fastlane and Computer Outlet. I went to Fastlane computer since they were right across the street, they were nice but they kept my computer for a week and when i went to pick it up they said it had a bios password, and i had to call HP to remove it, before they could fix it. I knew about the password and my employee had put it in the computer right before he quit. Even though the computer was worthless, it had alot of my quickbooks data, invoices, customer info, etc and was very crucial to my business. I had researched online for these two companies best buy recommended. Fastlane had alot of review and pretty good one too, so thats where i went. I was surprised that they could not take the password out and they told me it was impossible for anyone to do it. Then my gas station clients insisted that i take it to Computer Outlet, so i did, i was very upset at this time and had no hope of getting my data back which had invoice due and alot of money was at stake, i even called hp, at no help from them, and they told me i had to mail it in and it will take two week to get it back and to save my data which was they were not responsible, i took it to computer outlet and they said to just come back tomorrow and leave my computer and phone number. I came back the next day right at 10 am, when they opened, the guy was a little late as i had to wait 10 min on him. He pulled up and your go to go, we got it fixed for you with all your data on the computer saved under a folder called DATA. I swear i did not believe him and wanted to hung him and cry. I went in side and he booted it up and i was keeping my composure as i did not want him to know that he saved me 10 of thousands of dollars. He even put in the quickbooks program and was able to fixed the computer, which it was kind of running slow. I said how much and he said $268.92. I gave him my credit card and left. Yep everything was their and i stopped loosing sleep over this. I then decided to use them for all of our future IT need and have given them plenty of business, they are always the same price no matter if a job is small or impossible for others. Trust me i know these guys can do what most other cant.

I wrote this review but now I must say how wrong I was to choose this company. I had so many problems with their poor workmanship. At the time I did not know that they were using use parts which cause my computer to go out again. They do not guar tee their work. I wanted my money back and they refuse. After two times using this company I finally took it to another computer repair and so far my computer is working well. They claim the warranty was for 30 days. Wanting my money back is not about a warranty it is about poor workmanship and using use parts. Please stay away from this company because I do not want another person to have to go through this. Problems happen 9/2/16.10/16/01/17. Finally I woke up and went else where. I was brought up to trust and after dealing with computer outlet I see there is no trust

We dropped off a camera there and we asked for a quote to see about how much it would cost. The people working there including the owner wasnt very friendly. We were told they would not even look at it that day and we received a call saying it was fixed and it would be $89. When I called to complain that we never received a phone call advising us of a quote the guy interrupted me and told me he spent over an hour fixing it and that was the cost and they couldnt un-do it. I called for a discount and he barely knocked off any of the price. I would not recommend them to anyone and I was extremely disappointed.

I first I would like to say I would not recommend this place to anyone.I went in there for the guy to reattach my digitizer to my laptop. I come back 30 minutes later to find out he glued my laptop together. With superglue.... I mean I could of done that. I wanted my laptop to look professionally done not like a five-year-old did it. When he gave it to me it was oozing glue out the sides. Ask my money back and he refused. I would not recommend this place anyone but this place.

Dropped off a tablet to see how much it would cost to fix the screen. Said he would call back in 30 minutes never did. Called again he said he will call back never did. He still has my tablet I went to get it back and was closed before the close time. Not reliable or trustworthy.
