My review is overdue as I was helped in September 2016. John was beyond fantastic. I brought my computer in thinking it was a windows update issue causing everything to slow and stop. He found that I had actually been sent a terrible hard drive when I bought my computer off of amazon not long before. Of course even though the company had a guaranteed warranty that I was still within, the guy I spoke to was flat out lying and telling me otherwise. John actually got on the phone with the company and put the pressure on until he backed down and gave in agreeing to send me a functional replacement. I was so grateful to have someone who knows what they are talking about there to help and stand up for me. Have recommended and will continue to do so. His work was outstanding. Above and beyond and quite fair on pricing.

Gucci Deuce

Brought it in fearing a dead motherboard. He plugged it in, booted it right up no problems. Turns out the adapter I was using for my monitor (Display Port to VGA) and my oooooold monitor was pretty much the entire problem. Taught me a little about displays, gave advice on what to do. Didnt charge me just to find the problem like some repair squads will do. Very friendly. Would recommend.
