We were having problems with my sons Alienware laptop, did everything we knew we could, but couldnt get it going so after checking the reviews of several computer repair shops, I I decided to call these guys, I I explained to them what was going on and they were very friendly and professional on the phone so I decided to take it to them. I dropped it off and received a call the very next day telling me what the problem was and how much it would cost to fix it, I went ahead and gave them the ok to fix it and they got it done in a very timely manner. Not only is this a computer repair shop, but they also sell laptops and PCs. I cannot say enough good things about these guys, they are fast, friendly, reasonable and professional. I will definitely be using these guys in the future for all of my computer repairs!

They are extremely fast and friendly here. I have been to other places and It would take weeks to get my computer back. I got mine back the same day by going here and paid 1/2 the price then before. They didnt ask me to buy some expensive protection plan either. His work was just all guaranteed! I would highly recommend going here!

Very nice man but charged me $85 to factory reset my computer. When I got home I had no space on it. Not sure what was done. But cant use it at all. He also said he would charge me $75 to fix my comcast cable so it could not be hacked. Just stopped my cable with Comcast.
