MUST READ!!! I moved to Otsego this summer and soon after were moved in my computer took a huge dump. It would not even bring up anything on the screen. Being new to this side of the state I was a little panicked because I didnt know a honest reliable place to take it in to. After looking at reviews in my town, Plainwell, and Kalamazoo I decided to take a chance with Speedy Computer Rescue. ! Not only were the techs easy to talk but I got to actually meet the owner and was reassured he would be fair and fast. I was still slightly skeptical because Ive been put through the ringer before by computer places. It wasnt even 3 days and I got a call to come and pick it up!!! WOW!!!! I was very impressed with EVERY aspect of this business. I recommended these guys to my friend and Pastor because the place in Plainwell had his PC for 6 WEEKS!!! Speedy computer rescue fixed it in less than 2 HOURS!!! I kid you not,lol!! Give them a shot and you will be glad you did.

My laptop stopped working, and I was completely clueless when it came to fixing it. I Googled "computer repair shops in Kalamazoo Mi" and came up with a huge list. Steves Computer Repair was a five minute drive from my house and had good reviews. Though I had never heard of the shop, I decided I would give it a shot. The gentleman who helped me was VERY friendly and knew almost right away what the problem was. He called me a few hours after I dropped my laptop off and confirmed the problem and what he would have to do to fix it. I okayed everything and I had my laptop back within a couple days. And everything worked perfectly! Also, it seemed faster than it had been before. The service was fast, they are very friendly, the prices are very reasonable, and I will go back to Steves anytime I ever have computer issues again. I highly recommend Steves Computer Repair.

I read about Steves Computer Repair in the Kalamazoo Gazette a year or so ago and when I read that he was involved in helping his native country of Ghana obtain computers I decided to trust him with my computer. Steve not only is an intelligent and conscientious business man he has a huge heart and is a very kind person. I have brought my computer to Steve with what they call the "blue screen of death" and he was able to retrieve my data and get my computer back up and running. He has helped fix both my laptop and my desktop and since he worked on them and advised me on what virus software to purchase and got that set up I have had no problems with either computers and that was nearly a year or so ago. You are in good hands with Steve.

Steve took the time to talk me through my wireless internet problem and even asked if I had any other questions for him before he hung up. I will take my computer to Steve because I have confidence in his knowledge and he is very sincere. Steve was amazingly helpful when my PC suddenly crashed and all of my data was lost. He went through the process of recovering my files, replacing my hard drive, and re-installing Windows. He kept me up to date, worked quickly, and was EXTREMELY nice. The computer works great now, and Ill be taking all of my PC problems to Steve in the future!

The name of this business says it all. Speedy Computer Rescue. 4 old laptops with major problems all done in less than a week, a couple just a couple days. Most importantly BUDGET FRIENDLY. Yes I certainly had a great experience with Speedy Computer Rescue thanks to Steve and the staff.

Excellent! My computer was ready to go in about 12 hours. AND it was less than 1/3 what the "geek squad" wanted. Steve and his able assistant were both nice and explained everything well. Ill be back the next time I have a problem, for sure!
