We had flown from Tennessee to Panama City in September. Prior to us leaving, I had shattered my phone screen. As soon as we got off our flight, we came to Simply Computers. Over this past weekend, my phone got EXTREMELY hot. So hot, we couldnt touch it. Verizon instructed us to take it to an Apple Store. They opened my phone to discover that a screw had punctured my battery and they said the phone was extremely dangerous...practically having a grenade in my hand. Although the phone was done in September and it is now May, they said since I had the phone in my back pocket and sat down, that is what could have caused the screw to lodge into the battery, regardless a screw was not where it was supposed to be. They said the situation could have been much worse. They instructed us to call the last person who had replaced my phone screen because there wasnt anything they could do since we didnt get the screen replaced by an Apple store. When I contacted the store, he made excuses, saying "the battery could have backed out." Very well, then what about the screw that wasnt replaced on the bottom of my phone. My phone went straight from his store into a lifeproof case. I would have noticed a screw just loose in my phone case. I had to go pay out $387 for a phone that was a paper weight in order to get another phone. We couldnt find an extra phone and I needed a phone being that I drive an hour one way to work and have a 3 year old. I wouldnt feel comfortable not having a phone for several days while it was shipped to Florida getting fixed by someone who already caused an issue. He said "well you could have just sent it to us and we would have replaced the battery." Its fine that he doesnt want to help with any of the money that I had to pay out, but when I put it in the scenario of my three year old could have had it and something happened, there would have been a lawsuit...he proceed to say "I dont care, thats why I have insurance." SHAME ON HIM! Thankfully something didnt happen, but for the words he chose to you...very unprofessional!

Last week I was on vacation in Panama City. After my phone fell (outside the case) straight to the kitchen floor, I began to notice that something wasnt right with my camera. Read all the forums on Apple and restarted my phone many times. Every time I opened my camera it was a black screen, wouldnt switch between cameras. I went to My Phone Repair in Pier Park first, they did not have the parts to fix my problem, but directed me to Simply Computers. She was wonderful from the moment I arrived. She checked all internal settings prior to opening the phone, but when that didnt work she tried front and back cameras to see what the problem was. Turned out when it fell face down it had somehow managed to break the back camera. She has a lot of Apple parts in stock so if you have any Apple products take them here first. She got my phone put back together with no issues and had my camera working for the rest of my trip. Service was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and affordable. Highly highly recommend.

Yesterday, I just smashed my iPad Air and Im not taking about a few cracks. I shattered it and little pieces of the screen were falling out... I also dropped it so hard I even dented the sides, I thought I was at a loss but I called these genius men who run simply computers and they fixed it in 24 hours for 120$. They have special tools that can shape out your iPad or iPod back to its original state. Im using it now. Its like I have my brand new iPad Air back (because I do) Thank you so much!!!! I recommend to all. Dont go to best buy...Geek squad...freak squad... They just want your money and they wont fix anything without a charging cord and a bunch of other crap. Simply Computers.... Needs to change their name to Super Duper Simple Computers, LLC. Company tag line: Where your prized possession is fixed by geniuses. Thanks again guys!!!!!! Kristin Droke

My wife dropper her phone in the water and we thought all of her photos and videos were destroyed. She was devastated as was I. The phone seemed like it had life at first, but it ended up dying and not being able to turn back on. What made it so terrible is that there were so many photos from our honeymoon and a recent funeral of a very close relative. We thought those memories were lost forever. Well, that is until Dale got a hold of the phone. He was able to restore the phone for long enough in order for us to put all of the videos and pictures back onto a thumb drive. Dale saved the year for sure! So, if you have an issue, there isnt a business or person I would trust more in order to help. Thanks very much Dale. We cant tell you how much you mean to us. You really performed miracle!!

I had a cracked iPhone 5s screen that I had replaced last week at Simply Computers. All the staff were very friendly and helpful in answering all my questions before I had any work done on my phone. I had never had any work like that done before and they definitely put my mind at ease. I waited while they repaired my screen and it was finished in no time. It looked just like new. I live an hour away so when I got home I was disappointed to find that my screen started getting this greyish haze on it and started having difficulty using the keyboard. I went back to Simply Computers and they didnt hesitate to replace the defective screen. Bottom line, it was worth the long drive. Great service at a fair price. Thank you Dale and the other employees that worked on my phone!

We had THREE devices that needed love...2 iPhones and one iPad 5. Because the iPad model is so new and still under Apple warranty, instead of trying to fix the screen to make money off of us and void our warranty, they were more concerned about honoring us as the customers and took the time to tape up the tablet (without charging to do so) so it wouldnt crack further. They repaired our two cracked iPhone screens in MAYBE 20 minutes total. And the repair prices were competitive with everyone else we googled in the area. Beyond that, we came in almost at closing time. How many employees/owners would be irritated at having to stay one minute past closing? They simply could not have been kinder or more pleasant to do business with. Dont. Go. Anywhere. Else.

My laptop, which I use for our business crashed hard two days before payroll and taxes were due. Can you say panic? I brought it in to Simply Computers, and Felicia was a pleasure to work with! I explained the bind I was in and she immediately started working on the laptop. Ultimately, she was not able to repair it, but it wasnt for the lack of trying. The thing was about 6 years old and on its last leg anyway.... She was able to recover the data off the Hard Drive, so I bought a new laptop, brought it in to her, and she was able to load everything from my old hard drive onto my new computer. What a lifesaver!! The rates were EXTREMELY reasonable! Highly recommend them for your computer needs!! Thanks Felicia!
